They charged me TWICE for the same booking and it is impossible to get a refund from them. I have been waiting 2 years and still nothing, despite my efforts to find someone at the company who can help. They essentially stole $900 from me!

I've book vienna to Lahore you just confirmed riyadh to Lahore and declined from Vienna to riyadh how is gonaa Manageans I have to book with some one again disappointed
When I make the reservation all the time I get messages that I will have the option to add luggage after getting the confirmation, but after purchase the flight and contact support the option that they give me is to add the luggage in the airport

It took me like 10-15 minutes to figure out how to cancel that service. The price Google threw at me included me signing up for that service or my entire ticket went up like 15%. If I see eDreams again on Google I'll probably think twice. But your pricing was competitive, which is why I booked.

My flight was good.
Unfortunately, I lost my checked-in bag (19kg) in Beirut, Lebanon. Because, it hasn't been put into the connecting flight to get at the final destination. As a result, I lost my bag on the way to Oslo, Norway. Is there any solution for this matter?

I travel frequently. I use Ryanair and British airways most of the time. Ryanair is a particularly easy website to use and it takes a maximum of 10 minutes from start to end. Similarly British Airways is an easy site to navigate. Your site is difficult and unpleasant to use and by the time I got to the end, the purchase price heard altered and I landed up paying €20 more than at the beginning of the site experience.
Overall great will surely make a future booking from edreams

I want to take the time to thank you for your EXCELLENT SERVICE! Last year new customer on your online page, booked my flights to Cape Town for my holiday from JHB to CPT and returned. I did investigate your page reading all the reviews before booking because I always do my homework!
I am a business owner and I know customers just complain about **** and give bad reviews because they feel like it. After reading through all the good and bad reviews I used my own discretion to make use of your service
3 Months after I booked and fully paid, BRITISH AIRWAYS COLLAPSED! Immediately panic alarms hit me, yes it is difficult to get hold of you on the phone or by email - so I thought to myself, thats it I have lost money and it was my own fault! A month later on your system I try to put a claim in to get my money back, I did make piece that I am not going to get anything BUT IT IS WORTH A TRY
3 Months after I claimed, forgotten about it, I woke up the next morning checking my bank account - AND YOU FULLY REFUNDED ME FOR THE FLIGHT!
WRITING THIS IN CAPITAL BECAUSE YOU DESERVE IT - THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE! EVEN THE FLIGHTS GOING TO CAPE TOWN WENT DOWN SO SMOOTH, WALKED IN, BOOKED OUR LUGGAGE AND OFF WE WENT TO CAPE TOWN, WITH THE MONEY IN OUR POCKETS YOU REFUNDED US ON OUR RETURN FLIGHTS.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
