When we have to choose day month and year,bad experience,is a royal pain in the $#*!.
I'm based in Australia - booked a flight directly from skyscanner.com.au - invoice said "$306.88 this ticket has been converted from the airlines currency in order to display it in your local currency" - which is AUD - they then debited my account $467.63.
Have emailed, Facebook, instagrammed and called to get a reply weeks later saying "it's USD". SCAM WEBSITE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My flight home from India got cancelled. Finally got one the so got one through dreams that was not stupid flying times or cost. The most important thing to me was I could call and actually speak to a human what gave me peice of mind.

At the beginning it was a little complicated for me but it got better after minutes.
I couldn't find a bottom to choose flexible dates to help me compare the flights.

I'm glad I switched to eDreams Prime program because there is good and fast service and someone to talk to if a problem arises.
Unfortunately, a problem arose with my previous order with eDreams before I switched to eDreams Prime and I have no idea what is going on with my booking and no one to talk to. There is no email or phone number to contact. Just a chat conversation with a robot that does not give a satisfactory answer to my question. Very disappointing

When I booked my flight, I was totally shocked when I received an email saying I had been accepted as a prime member. I never clicked for this trial and have been charged for it. I tried to ring to cancel, but was unable to do so. I then spent well over an hour trying to unsubscribe. I am not happy about this at all. The flight was £71 and I have no idea why I was charged the amount I was. I will not be recommending this site to anyone and wish I hadn't seen it.

When my plane was delayed and i was going to make my connection i contacted them to see if they could help they never offered anybhelp what so ever. Gave me a phone number to call that was disconnected. Cost me plenty of money and 24 hours of my time. Didn't even get an email about the several call i made.
5th review in my journey to get a refund
This is my 5th review on the same topic about trying to get the refund I am supposed to get after purchasing cancelation insurance due to any cause. 15 months later I have not received a refund. I encourage that all of you who have experienced this, all file a civil claim. We all work hard for our money. This money we spend for services such as a vacation is what keeps us moving forward. I paid for a service I didn't get, so why not get a refund to use these funds for the next great trip? The best companies are those who have integrity, honesty and trust. This company is not at all of these qualities. Maybe we are here on this platform as "learned a lesson". The purpose of all the terrible reviews is to help others AVOID this company. There are much better companies out there that deserve our money because they follow through. Shop around, and you will be glad you did
This company says they will wire me a refund as long as I give them my banking information. Well it sounded too good to be true as after another month there is no refund. I do not think it is rocket science to wire funds to Canada. I asked for refund back to a credit card and they will not address this option. It has been extremely frustrating as the chat bot will not let you correspond with an agent as it keeps recycling your menu choices and email responses are pre scripted so you really don't feel like there is a human on the other end. The lack of personal service is this companies way of ignoring you and of course keep your hard earned money. This was such a disappointment in using an online travel agency where you'd think they would make your vacation planning better instead of making it worse

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
