You closed my claim for a compensation without any reasons I provided all required documents. This shows you have a secret contract with the airlines to get your share then you close customers claim so you are nothing but a scammer, I think. If not then prove it.

I believe e dreams is the worst agent in travel services in the world, they wont stand on your side when is time to use the services with extra fees you paid to them to be flexible or insure or anythhing they claim and how they present themselves as having customer services is totally false, theyve trained a bunch of teens with a lot of preloaded saved emails and ansers to choose from, and will make it long until you get tired, but forget about they being responsible and true on what they offered... none of that whill happen, and money refunds, not a chance nither... many people is looking to take legal action agins this shadie scamming web service, a shame is so pused by people. Who dosnt know it, until you need them...
Uafter using travel agents otas and website airline reservation sites for 20 years, ive given most of the m a try. They get your tickets, sometimes they ask extra money, but regarding further assistance, forget about it.

Keep away from edreams! Fraud!
Less than zero! Loosing 800€ because they won't issue a receipt for their services. The worse part is that they make fun of you and consuming valuable time and effort in fruitless communication.

My first experience using eDreams such a good offer buying cheaper ticket than other ticketing agent will recommend to friends and family. But i'm waiting until the actual day because i've experience bad services during day take off which my ticket have to cancel or reschedule.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
