Everything was organised, easy to use. The system provides the user with many options. The app is effective and very efficient, easy to use and generally flows. However I hated the fact that they didn't take money from my euro account, and end up paying more after they converted money from my euro account to my Polish zloty account

Scam! You can't cancel your ticket. Doesn't matter what they say. They hide to process and make the process impossible to achieve.
First they tell you can cancel on the website... ofc they hide the option. Once you find the option, you will get a notification you can't do it online. You have to make a phone call.
Phone call ofc is not local, they will give you international phone number, so that you have to pay a lot of money.
Once you are on the phone call, they will literally keep you waiting 30+ mins etc. probably would never respond.
I don't understand how I made the mistake, that I did not read the reviews online... :/ A lot of people have had the same experience.
The cancelling option was the main reason why I decided to buy from E-Dreams.
I hope the founders go to jail for the criminal activities they have been part of for so many years!

Brilliant service, fast clear instructions simple forms and very quick response
I booked my flight in december through edreams.
In january airline compagny changed flight hours that was not convenient for me so i asked to cancel my flight. Edreams didn't want to do anything with it and just refered me to Airlines compagny.
I contacted airline compagny and they accepted to refund me for cancelled flight.
In january airline compagny refunded money I paid. Bit since I booked through edreams money was refunded to edreams and not directly to my credit card. In february I contacted edreams because I still was not refunded to my credit card. Edreams representatif tells me that money was not refunded by airline compagny. I contacted again airline compagny and i had another confirmation that money was refunded in january.
Edreams told me that money was bot received and sending me back to talk to airline compagny.
From my experience Edreams it s just another scum platform that takes money and not give it back and blaming on airline compagny. No help at all to resolve probleme. I would never book my flight with edreams again.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
