Signed up for a seller account and after hours upon hours of work of uploading the inventory, the account was apparently shut down without notice. Not even granted the courtesy of a simple email explaining the sudden inexplicable suspension. The few sales that *did* occur successfully were somehow refunded on my behalf, without my permission! Over $200 stolen in addition to my labor. Not only a bad site, but a criminal operation.

Ordered a DVD from RockconcertDVDs that was from the Ukraine. Long story short, Paypal defaulted to my old address in their system when I was checking out so I immediately updated it to my mother's ship-to address (the item was a gift for her and I often buy her items using Paypal and choose her address from he drop-down without issue). I also included a note in the Paypal comments area alerting the seller that the item was for my mother and I provided her address. Then I received confirmation that the item was shipped to my old address... so I contacted the seller and heard nothing... only when I wrote negative feedback did he respond--he lied and said he got my note and shipped the DVD to my mother and asked me to remove the negative feedback (I told him I would do so once my mother received the DVD). He wrote a response to my negative feedback and called me delusional. Well, he's delusional because facts don't lie and I can prove I provided HER address, he promised item was shipping to HER address and I have a screenshot showing item was attempted at my OLD address. Asked for a refund and have heard nothing so I opened a dispute with my credit card issuer. This seller was caught red-handed and I want $24.95 returned to me ASAP. E-crater should not be tolerating scandalous sellers like this.

First time buyer from this site. I was looking for a gift for my husband for fathers day. The person I bought the ring from e-mailed me to explain my purchase may be a little late due to all this Covid19 stuff. He wanted to make sure that I was ok waiting a extra week or two before he finalised my order. I thought that was kind of him. My husband got his ring earlier than expected and he loves it! Great quality! I will purchase from them again!

I ordered a simple vacuum part because it was cheapest through ecrater.com. People sell their products using ecrater which is similar to eBay but much, much lower quality. I received a confirmation of my purchase but no confirmation once it was shipped or tracking info. Ten days later I tried to inquire about my package and all I was able to do was send a message to the seller of the product and wait for a response. When I got a response two days later, they then gave me a tracking number which showed it had been delivered. It may have and perhaps the mail person put it in the wrong box, or it was stolen, etc... However, if I had been sent the tracking at the start, I could have watched for it like I do all my other packages.
The seller would not send me another so I went to ezvacuum.com and paid about 99 cents more for the same part. Immediately I was sent a shipment date and tracking number and my package is due to arrive on Friday.

Lesson learned. No more ecrater.com for me and hopefully this helps someone else too.

I order shoes May 20th I have not received them it has been 18 days Counting and that's the weekends not included and Memorial weekend my daughter is really sad and so am I because this was a birthday gift and this is really hideous I cannot get ahold of you guys you don't have a phone number so I could call you all please get back with me and let me know something please send me my shoes that's all I want and I'll never bother you again
