The packaging was perfection and the DVD was in excellent condition. And, it came in just a few days. The seller was honest and very helpful. The seller e-mailed to make sure the order was correct I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire transaction.

Do not buy from eCrater their office Is somewhere is Saudi Arabia. Chinese people can't speak English. Everything is cheap materials, shipping is forever! It's a scam! You will not get your order without a problem.

Purchased an item from one of their sellers and the item was never sent and was unable to contact seller. Ecrater support did nothing to help resolve the issue besides tell me to try and cancel the payment through credit card company or through paypal. You are taking a huge chance buying from this site.

Only $6 for Microsoft Office Pro 2016. Needed to use phone activation as it said would be likely since the codes don't usually work. Took 5 minutes to do the phone with automated Microsoft site and typing in numbers through my smart phone. Super easy. Will be buying more software from Ecrater!

Do not order from ecrater. You will not receive your order and when you contact them they pretty much tell you sorry about your bad luck...

I ordered a product from this site but after ordering and paying I was informed that the product was unavailable. I did get my payment refunded but ever since I have been inundated with spam emails. This is the only site that I have provided my email to in the last 3 to 4 months. Unless you enjoy emails for boner pills, don't use this site.

I ordered the 2015 Catwoman figure. It was cheaper than what I was seeing elsewhere. It came quick, was actually bigger than I thought and was in perfect condition. You can tell it was packaged with care. I will order from him again

ECrater is a scam site dont buy anything from these crooks i ordered a simple golf mat never received it and cant seem to get my money back after multiple trys.

I couldn't have had suchbetter service TXmart was awesome. Package was brand new and she shipped so quickly I have no complaints.
