So this seller (krotosports) first tried to get me to hit the "get receipt" button on here when I first ordered the product. I asked why would i do that if I didn't receive the jersey. He said that it was a block on my money but I would have to do that for him to receive the money. The amount that was on hold wasn't even the 43.00 I paid. I asked did he rip me off he said no I would get me purchase. Weeks later I emailed about a tracking number. The seller then said "I sent you the tracking #, the product didn't come" I told him no to both and after that the seller never emailed me back. I emailed the person everyday and still no reply

The description of the jersey said it had stitches letters and such. When I received it I have never seen a jersey EVER look like this. For one it says it's a adult XL but it's close to a youth. The color is a faded brown and where the number 81 is was just white. Linda like the jersey was white and the faded the rest Brown. Same with the name plate on back. When I emailed him the complaint he said send it back. He knows it will cost to much to send $37 jersey back to China than it's worth. You are screwed!
And the description is still the same after my complaint.
This is a scam!

This guy took my money on 04/03/2020 from Ecrater Then Gave me Nothing Been trying to get my money back but PayPal is close due to Covid. He sense has removed the listing. He said he was from the USA but that was a Lie to:"I would love to get my hands on him/her/it.

I bought a refurbished phone from a ecrater seller Ed Shabani *******@yahoo.com. He sent me a phone with and lifted screen and a swollen battery that I discovered when I took it to best buy. I m a bit naive I wanted a new phone and when the phone came I saw the lifted screen. I asked for a refund but he said he would send me a case. I thought the screen was a minor thing so I took it to best buy they said the phone had a swollen battery and it would cost 500$. I had already paid 300$. Best buy said to file a claim. I did but I also notified the seller just in case the insurance wouldn't cover it. He swears I'm a liar they tested the phone and that he said he said he would give me a refund that is a lie. Ecrater doesn't do anything about it and he is a shady business man. DONOT TRUST THIS SELLER.

I never received my product and I cannot get ahold of anyone to get my refund. I will never order from them ever again. You have to email to speak to someone and noone gets back to you. Do not order from here this has happened to a friend of mines to. She ordered the first time and didn't get the product she was supposed to get they gave her a cheap product but charged her top dollar and the second time never received her stuff so please do not order from this ecrater site it's a joke. I would've never given any stars but you have to in order to submit your review but it deserves 0 stars

$750 item. Seller never had the inventory. Doesn't respond to emails. Will only answer the phone when called from a new phone number. Gives the runaround on who or how the refund will come even though the merchant ID for the charge is CLEARLY the seller. I feel dumb and have filed dispute, but this is ridiculous. Would have been better off sending the money to the "you're the sole heir of uncle so and so in some random country" scam.
