I would NEVER shop through Ecrater based on the recent scam. Received a bottle of coloured water instead of perfume! When I messaged the seller (WORLDPERFUME) I was told I must have COVID as no perfume has not scent! NO $#*!! For the $68.00 that it would cost me to post this junk back I would rather take the hit in the hopes that nobody else gets stung by this scam merchant!

Ordered item on 16SEP2021. Order has still not shown up on 19OCT2021 and the seller has not responded to any of my order status update queries. Ecrater don't appear to have carried out any seller vetting of note so you're dealing with coyboy (not real) sellers. Very poor avoid.

Easy to use marketplace, reliable service. I started ordering from this marketplace about 6 months ago and I must say I am pleasantly surprise. It is far cheaper than Amazon and it is so easy to contact the sellers. Very fast shipping, great communication with the sellers, immediate answers. Very reliable. Highly recommend.

We have been on eBay for almost 20 years and have watched customer service decline. So we decided to try eCrater and another off-ebay classifieds site. Really sad! We spent a bunch of time getting eCrater set up with the time-absorbing shipping faction, and policies, etc. Then the time to list all the inventory. Nothing. No hits, views, whatever. Then we get a notice that google feed in not happening? What a complete waste of our resources, time, employee power, etc. CANNOT Recommend! We will spend our time and resources elsewhere. Sad! We can see what they could be capable of, but our experience with this site is: Time and resource wasted.

The following is my opinion:
Ecrater is nothing more than a hobbie of the owner. I have tried many times to import my 170 listings from another site and the eCrater site is unable to do the import. I have repeatly requested help with the import but no one at eCrater cares enough to contact me. Many of my friends warned me to stay away from eCrater, I should have listened to them.

I've been so excited about getting the "Custom American Navy Pacific Rim Destroyer Ship from "Toistore." So I got it($60). It was coming from China to the U.S. so it was to take two weeks, but instead it took four weeks and when it came the box was a mangled mess. It didn't matter to me as much as long as it was all there and in working order. But when I opened it, it was the wrong ship. It was the "American Navy Destoryer Ship Fit Lego Military Ses Battleship" a different lego ship that Toistore had. Still cool but not what I was promised in the advertisement up on eCRATER.com. If you look at the pics that I took, the lego ship that has a red flag in the front of it is the one that I paid for but got the other. This was a disappointing transaction.

Good Prices, Slow to Deliver, Poor Communication. I ordered the product on July 7th and no further communication until delivery on July 22nd. Emails were not returned. It may have been a coincidence, but the product showed up a right after filing a PayPal Dispute.

Ordered in good faith. Paid for product and ensured my address was correct. Fed Ex states it was delivered to a different address but won't tell me where.
Totally feel ripped off.

Very happy with order and shipping with eCRATER - ordered online first time. Arrived on time and was perfect.

I recently purchased a movie on dvd from eCRATER and had a very nice experience with the product and customer service. Along with the title I purchased, they included another movie on the disc PLUS a bonus gift titled for a total of 3 movies for one low price. It arrived across the country in a matter of days and a very nice written note from "Mary." I was pleasantly surprised. Because the movie was an older tv movie, the picture quality was slightly fuzzy, but was thoroughly watchable. I was glad to at least have an opportunity to view the "rare" movie at all, so all in all, was very pleased with my purchase. The bonus movies was so nice to receive. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again from them.

Ordered 5000 seeds. Received 500 seeds. Seller will not respond or send remaining seeds. Do not trust this seller!

Works great would definitely do business with again. Took a few extra days to get but was worth the wait.

I saw a "New" 1941 M1 Carbine on ecrater for $220.
1) The M1 Carbine did not enter service until 1942.
2) Working M1 Reproductions (Inland Manufacturing and Auto Ordinance are among reputable manufacturers) range in price between $900 and $1500.
3) Authentic WW2 antiques range in price significantly higher than that.
4) A firearms seller - even a hobbyist - would know what he had and would not lowball the price that degree.
5) There seems to be no Form 4473 or FFL verification here. Just buy and go.

In short - if it looks too good to be true, it probably is. I did not complete the purchase. Either I missed out on a deal of a decade or I missed a scam.

Your service is prompt and excellent. It is also very easy to follow your instructions. It took less than a minute to upload office 365. In today's fast moving world, your support and assistance are second to none.

This is the worse online experience I've ever had. I bought software from a seller (Digis) off Ecrater only to find out it was an old outdated program. They put 10 WIN after the product description. VERY slick! So I thought it was for Windows 10 and never fathomed they'd be selling me a God knows how old of "version" of this software. I didn't even suspect that "10" stood for a Version 10 (see uploaded snapshot)! I thought it was for WIN 10 and imo they make it look like that. So back and forth we go via email trying to resolve the problem. I finally asked for a refund.

They stopped responding immediately after that. Waited a day, then sent another email saying "I guess I got my answer" Then they email me back telling mew they already answered that email. So we go back and forth again round and round. Then they copy and pasted an answer they NEVER gave me in the response email trying to tell me they already answered my question!

Slippery snaky seller. I understand not getting a refund even though I never activated it. That's the way software works but I thought I'd try seeing I never even activated it and just tested out the demo downloaded from the Movavi website. All I asked for was one simple answer. Can I get a refund? And it took 4-5 emails just to finally get a email lying and telling me that they already answered my question. Pathetic!

Thank you Ecrater! I've ordered 2 zippo lighters from ecrater. The first one arrived in 2 weeks and was a gift for a friend. Then I ordered another one for myself. The second one took 2 months but it did arrive. Ecrater kept me updated on the late delivery. I absolutely love the zippo's. Thank you Ecrater! I'll definitely be ordering more from Ecrater! Light my fire!
