I have only conducted business through Ecrater as a seller and therefore can only derive information regarding customer satisfaction through reliable sources such as the Better Business Bureau. The rating listed here of three stars I believe to be a little inaccurate as the rating posted on the BBB website is one star. I believe this to be a far more accurate reflection of overall customer satisfaction with Ecrater. Having said that it is always important to maintain perspective in judging such things. You always have to account for the fact that a certain number of people are just insane and leave bad reviews for virtually no reason or to simply be petty. The second thing to consider is that Ecrater actually sells nothing themselves and are only creating an ecommerce environment in which to conduct business. They are not directly responsible for a sellers behavior. However, as a reputable and fair seller I believe myself to be in the minority. For reasons I can not account for Ecrater somehow attracts the absolute worst kinds of sellers. Horrible people who are in no way legitimate business people. This rampant scam filled environment costs me lots of money because how can you tell that I am a good seller out of all the bad ones that are driving people away. As a buyer why would you bother even taking that chance? Ebay stands out because they have a 100% money back promise to shoppers. They know how to inspire customer confidence. Yes that can be a pain in the $#*! to sellers like me because when the jack $#*! customers who just decide suddenly that they dont want something can lie and say that there was something wrong with the product when there was not. But it makes people who really want to buy feel better and safer. Ecrater just needs to get a handle on the sellers with a strict policy of no bull$#*!. Ecrater could offer that 100% on the first two purchases from a specific seller if that seller refuses to help its own customers and after that just banish the seller permanently. That way Ecrater gets to be the good guy and build a safe place to shop that people will come back to while minimizing the risk of the money back promise with sellers that refuse to play ball.

I bought Tilex in September, 2020. Safety seal broken and replaced w bleach & water not the Tilex. I thought perhaps I was wrong but at this moment I can literally see where the plastic safety wrap was cut.

We are a family of movie lovers, and unfortunately lots we remember seeing long ago still have not been released on dvd. Thankfully there are movie fans who saved hard to find titles when could like Lost-and-Found-film! We like for price others charge for 1 movie Lost-and-Found-film has many ads with 2 movies on 1 dvd-r... and so many to choose from... our grandma likes classic films, our uncle westerns, my sisters tv movies... we love all the choices! Plus seller sends confirmation email after order and makes & sends with tracking number in a unique handmade artcase. Have added pictures of some we've gotten. I bought 2 bottles of produst from this merchant and they in mail broken and all the Syrup spill due to the mechant's own negligence.
He put glass bottles into an envelope, what else did he expect to happen?
His excuses were, his bottle had label on them so he do not believe that this is his stuff when I took the picture with the same package.

I bought a jersey got the wrong size. Nothing about the wrong item sent except to say they would send me $15 back when my order was close to $50. Wanted item for Xmas and didn't get any response for days regarding the wrong item sent
You order from someone but stuff comes from China. What a terrible way to do business. Very disappointed and quite upset that they are stealing from me. They expected me to pay for the item return.
I have order 2 bottles of Apetamin from these people, not only it takes more than 2 weeks to get here but I received 2 broken bottles so I lost everything and I am yet to see anything responses to that.
I would never recommend this Ecrater site to anyone else.
Why would anyone put 2 bottles inside an envelope, post it through regular service and not expect it to be smashed.
I ordered a product from Ecrater which suggested would be delivered within 2 weeks ( although usually within 2 hours). I could not believe it as soon as my payment cleared I was able to download! I make all my own greetings cards and was terrified that I would not get them done in time for Christmas. Luckily as I said I was able to do them almost immediately. Thank you Ecrater you are a lifesaver. Having not used them before I shall not hesitate to use them again
