PAID thru PayPal 'goods and services' for a added level of protection. Transaction went perfectly. Only hitch was seller didn't provide tracking.

I order from Kavuko General Store and I received my product on time and fast service. I was given great customer service. I will be shopping with them in the future and with no worries.

I used this website to order license for Office 2021. The website had the best online price, I was able to get the license key with the detailed instructions and I was able to download, install and activate Office 2021 without any issues.

First time using this site but the item arrived on time and was everything I wanted. Seems to have good communication too so I'll probably use them again. Prices look a lot better than amazon too.

Bought downloadable software, received license quickly from seller, and am very happy. Glad I took a chance on this site, but am sure much depends on the seller you select. 4 stars because it would be more reassuring if site allowed buyers to create logins.

It was time consuming setting up my store. I signed up with a positive attitude. I thought I might sell here. Wrong. I never sold a thing. I am updating this review. I do not know why ecrater is still even on line. It has been there for a long time. I have friends who have tried it and nothing. It really is a joke. I decided to build my own website. I do not know html. Look at me: www.fabricartfairy.com. If I can do this with no experience so can anyone. An easy to do web builder. Do not give up. If anyone has items to sell, do your own website.

This is the worst website and a big rip-off. I purchased the game from a merchant and the merchant never shipped me the game, and the website basically is telling me that it's on me to get my refund and that they can't help me with that. They told me to contact PayPal which is what I used to purchase, and I did but PayPal cannot refund me because I was never even given a tracking number and they can supply me with one either. What website doesn't Supply you with a tracking number when one of their Merchants sell something on their site? This is just ridiculous. So now they keep telling me the same thing to contact PayPal which they've told me about five times now and I'd explain to them every time that they won't refund me because I don't have any tracking so there's no way of knowing if I received the item or not. Do not buy from this site because you will get ripped off this is one of the worst experiences I've ever had buying something online. I've never seen an online store or not refund somebody when one of their merchants doesn't ship the item. Since when is it my job to do all the legwork to get my money back? And I even tried and as I said before they won't even refund me and neither will this website this is just absurd. I would rate zero Stars if I had the option.

I placed an order on March 31st, 2022.
It was Guardians of the Galaxy Hero Lego Groot Compatible Big Figure from Seller: lldeals.
It never came.
It was scam.
They just took my money.
I contacted the company, Ecrator. They never replied.
So I filed a complain to Paypay to get my money back but I'm not so sure whether I will or not.

I ordered a college Jersey for my son for Christmas in October of 2021. I recieved the jersey two days before Christmas. The jersey was nothing more then a polyester shirt with printed labels on it. I sent it back to china. I'm now out 53.00 for the Jersey and another 28.00 for shipping. I have contacted the company over 10 times now with no refund or response. This site is a scam to collect your hard earned money. I will never order from them again.

I ordered a dog kennel through ecrater.com and months after I didn't receive it or a refund. I was told the kennel is out of stock. So I don't understand why they took my money and accepted an order for a product they didn't have and didn't bother to notify me until after taking my money. The seller disappeared and ecrater.com states you can file a complaint, but does not say how to file a complaint. They do not take responsibility for the sellers' robbing of customers, and toss the ball at Paypal so they find a way to refund your money. I will NEVER buy anything from this site again, please be very careful with this scam.

They stole 1200 from my account. American Express is investigating. Hopefully I get my money back soon

I emailed the company after reading the reviews to make sure it would be fulfilled and they immediately cancelled my order! Horrible customer service and horrible company!

Purchased an item last week and have yet to receive a tracking number, status, or response from seller.

The DVD set of I Hear You was shipped promptly and packaged extremely well. I received it in a timely manner. I was pleased with the product and would buy from here again.
