That was a crazy easy ordering experience! I was actually concerned that they didn't have enough information based on how quick it went.

Have order through eCarter a few times and Mathew Booth is very legit. With the exception of the delay in receiving my order due to the distance, I had no issues whatsoever. I received exactly what I ordered. I would highly recommend Mathew Booth and eCrater.

While all discs arrived intact,recorded quality lacking.Numbered 1 thru 18 & unable to determine if episodes are in sequence from season 1 to 6.Overall,ok with the purchase.

This website is easy to use and my order was perfect! I've had no problems with searching for my item or shipping!

After waiting two weeks following my order, I contacted the seller to check whether my DVD had been dispatched. I eventually received a one sentence email saying it was a state away, then I kept a close eye on the tracking information. After it hadn't changed for a few days I decided to call USPS, but the number was disconnected and the contact link wouldn't work. That's when I smelled a rat!

Clearly the fake page was designed to trick buyers to believe items were in transit, which gives the "seller" wiggle room to continue duping other buyers. Thankfully PayPal understood my dilemma, escalated my claim, and said they would be banning his account to cease further fraudulence.

This was my one and only dealing with eCrator, who never bothered replying to my message about being scammed...which shows how much they care about customers. I hope others learn by my mistake, and avoid this unscrupulous site at all costs.

I actually don't know if what the other people say about this website being a scam but i still haven't received my order even though its only been 2 days.

I had an incredibly positive experience with seller Riverahotdeals. It all depends upon the seller, eCrator is a marketplace.

Placed an order in November that never shipped. Then the seller sent a message stating the order would be canceled and in the event I wanted to purchase it again, the price would be $250 higher.

I wrote a complaint to eCrater, but still await for a response.

This was our first and LAST experience with eCrater!

They are aweful. After i paid for an item, with out contacting me or explain,they canceled my order.
They did not even answer my emails. Now, i should wait 3 to 5 business days to recieve my refund.
It is waste of time and money. Never trust this website.
