This is most likely a scam, I contacted and tried to get a status on my "Bob Dylan Tour Tee" but they took my money and I haven't seen or heard ANYTHING for almost 2 months now!

I ordered a Coleman Coffee maker carrying case from Surabasera and after 60 days, it never arrived. I asked for a refund, but got the run around. I never received the product or a refund. I finally just gave up. The vendor, Surabasera operates a fraudulent store and is a crook. BUYER BEWARE!
SCAM! Ordered more than 2 weeks ago. Still has not arrived. The tracking number given IS NOT found on any shipping website! TOTAL SCAM! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
I bought some shoes and ecrater said they were authentic and I got them and they were not real. The seller also said they were real and sent pics from online instead. Ecrater should have some sort of authentic system to ensure 100% satisfaction if they want to have a business like this.
I ordered a fishing reel from this place never came. Started looking into it the seller sent it to the wrong address. Tried to contact seller got no response try to talk to eCRATER and they told me to go through PayPal to try to get my money back but did not do anything to help either. I really occurred you not to use eCRATER for anything
I bought a skin care item and never got any tracking, no product, filed complaint with ecrater. They tried communicating with seller on my behalf but seller again did not answer, Ecrater then suggested I file a Resolution case with Paypal. I did and Paypal refunded me as they could see that seller again was not answering to resolution case even though Paypal took a couple of weeks to refund. This was my first purchase on eCrater and will be my last. NEVER AGAIN! Sellers name is coolife on ecrater. BEWEARE!
Ordered a dog crate. The description appeared sketchy, but there were enough reviews overall that I felt I MIGHT be able to trust it. However, the seller, MikesBooks, sent a "pen". As in, mechanical pen NOT dog pen. This merchant is fraudulent and I've just reported them and filed a claim with my credit card supplier. My card is blocked and cancelled. I will never again order from Ecrater.
I orderd something from them. The picture on thier site was nothing like what they sent me. When I asked why they would send something different without asking me, the guy said cuz thats all he had. I asked them for a return label to send items back the guy said i had to pay for the return. Then i had to open a case thru my paypal account to get my money back. Paypal awarded me with all my money back. Thank you paypal! ECrater your costomer service *******@ss.
So in fairness, after contacting eCrater with my problem about two weeks later I did finally receive the merchandise. But it is doubtful I will use these guys again... seriously just have a very uneasy feeling about sellers on this site
Made my first and last order on this site. After ordering I received no communication from the vendor. After a week and getting nervous I attempted to contact the vendor by email. After two attempts with no response. I contacted eCRATER to report the problem and received no satisfaction. It has now been 14 days with no merchandise but of course they have my money. Please, heed this warning. ECRATER is a scam site. Do not use.

Ordered from seller on site product arrived in packaging damaged and unusable. Seller did nothing and eCrater also did nothing. Stick to Amazon or EBay. You are gambling with whether or not you will even receive the product promised when using this site.
TVMovieLand is where I made a purchase through eCrater. I was updated on the shipping process AND received a bonus DVD of one of the featured actors of my original purchase. Custom film trailer artwork came with case, as well.The owner's of the site are hardcore cinefiles, so be prepared to have your needs met, above and beyond.Si
Ordered product, never arrived. Poor response - said response in 24hrs (this is a lie). Do not use. Stick to reputable sites ie Amazon/ eBay ect
I realize ecrater is just a selling platform but they really do need to do a better job of screening their sellers. My last purchase on the site involved a seller who advertised a dvd/comic book combination which was a very special limited production item. When I received the shipment, he had sent the dvd only without the included book, and the dvd was not even the same one from the item he'd advertised.
Okay, so not a completely horrible experience, I figured I'd just return it for a refund, but the seller stomped his feet and INSISTED that I'd gotten the correct item and that a refund was out of the question. When I engaged him in the ecrater forums and provided photographic proof that he was wrong, ecrater admin removed my posts and banned me from the forums.
After a month of constant followup with the seller, ecrater and Paypal, I was finally able to secure a refund for the purchase. In my 20 years of online shopping, this was truly the worst experience I've ever had, and makes me hesitant to consider ecrater for any future purchases.
