I have been selling on eCrater for 2 years now and have been blessed with great customers and excellent feedback. I also sell on eBay and Bonanza and have done better on eCrater than the other two combined.
I ordered this website and the seller was "Simple shopping" I ordered one iPhone X and 2 Watches for $439 and never received my order. When i emailed the seller she said your order is too small we can't deliver. Its almost 2 months I contacted ecrater also but no satisfaction.Its a scam site.DO not shop from this website.
I purchase something through this say the company name was macgenius. They hit my bank account that's for sure. Didn't receive s*** this place is a total f****** scam job. Shouldn't even be allowed to be on the internet. I think I'm going to call the FTC and let them know a few things...
It's already been said but eCrater is a platform for you to open your store to sell and each store is independently run. You can be scammed here just as you can on eBay (where I've been scammed plenty!).
Check for reviews and contact vendors to make sure they have products in stock if you're worried about a sale.
I DID receive my package, but it was a week late and the occasion for which I ordered the shirt for passed before my order came. I asked for for a refund after 2 weeks and only received a portion of my money back. When I went to customer site for it all they had to say about it was "the tracking number shows the package was delivered." And I'll have to file a compliant with PayPal. I didn't even use PayPal. The point was I was promised the package in 14 days and it took it about 21-22 days to be delivered. Major waste of money. $#*! this place
Bought operating systems from them, every key is used already, they try to have me lie to microsoft so they'll bypass it even though they're selling used keys to everyone. I WILL NOT HELP YOU CONTINUE TO SCAM PEOPLE SORRY. Ill post my invoice from one of the vista keys.
I read the reviews and my answer is: eCrater is a platform for you to open your store to sell. Each store at eCrater is independently run. I discovered it in mid 90s and since then I have my store. It's still totally free to set up.
Tip: to check on reputation of sellers, click on an item and see how many items they have sold.
I just bought an Office 2016 Pro from enjoybestprice, Instal the program and to find out first key isn't recognized by microsoft, email back I get a second key numbers with the same issue. Poor communication, very unprofessional and rude. No Guarantee on what you buy on this website. Similar price I got one from ebay and it's working with no issue. I won't buy again from your website. Thank you I had enough.

Ordered video card from sara shin. Never received the item. No reply from seller. Scammer. Paypal reversed charges. Thanks for that.

Tried to buy cosmetics from a group called Xaris beauty in Greece through this site and they never arrived.
Bought an older version of Turbotax to download. I then needed to install dropbox, then winrar, and it still would not load. Customer service kept asking me to take screenshots of what I was doing. Took half a day to try to get something to download and it still did not work. The rep emailing me was very rude. All I want is a refund, but no.

I called them to ask about why they canceled my order and a guy name Wes was extremely rude and he gave me an attitude and hung up the phone on me before I finished speaking.
Program purchased would not work since it was an illegal copy and I never got my refund.
Contact through email only, will not call me back. Kept arguing with me calling me stupid and ignorant. Someone needs to put them out of business forever, can you say prison!
I uploaded a product as multi types they and suspented my account. I contacted customer support via email(only email contact is available) they replied me within 1 day without a solution. AND THEY NEVER REMOVED THE SUSPEND. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS VERY POOR! Be careful with ecrater

Ecrater is in one way like ebay, it's a market place with many different sellers and yes... you get scammers there too. Make sure you check feedback! Send an email to see if the store is active. Ask where the item ships from and how long it takes, buy nothing that doesn't come with tracking. (Just the obvious stuff when you buy from the internet)
Do not EVER buy from sellers that come from CHINA, Thailand or Indonesia, most cheat and steal your money.
If you have any issues, email the site admin. I had 2 issues in 10 years. That's very acceptable.
Again! Read the individuals/stores FEEDBACK and be a smart buyer.
I had a business on eCrater a few years ago and never had one complaint. Within 1 year we came close to sell 1,500 items. I was thinking about opening another store here but some people have abused their customers ripping them off. I use only PayPal, never accepted checks, money orders and bent over backwards to please my customers. I had many repeat customers and think that eCrater should set tight restrictions. Sorry to read about the scams that have happened to you.
I read the reviews and chanced getting MS Office (from seller enjoybestprice) for $23 anyways. Luckily, I got exactly that. It took a few hours to get an email after I paid and my license key was in an image attachment (I will be scanning my laptop for viruses lol). I used PayPal to be safe, though, and I would encourage everyone else to do the same.
