The family went over to the church today and there weren't anything there?

Thanks for making it a one-stop experience. I ordered flowers, and they arrived. But I'm not sure anyone visiting the Garr Funeral Home page will see the candle that I purchased.

Disappointed

Unfortunately this floral arrangement in person looked absolutely NOTHING like the arrangement online. We spent $70 on something that looked like a very small $4 grocery market bouquet in a completely different vase. Luckily the plant we also ordered looked correct, but this was really upsetting since we collected money as a group to purchase something nice for the recipient and ended up with something MUCH DIFFERENT.

Ordered flowers to be delivered for a very good fried of mine, went to the services and saw they were NOT there called customer service who said there was a problem with my order that they will reimburse me Why they did not contact me if there was a problem I do not know

You're absolutely right. You should have been contacted before. In this scenario, the local florist will be penalized and if it happens again with this local florist, they will be removed from the program.

Order flowers for friends wake. Flowers were not delivered. Reasoning was family member wanted it delivered else where. Turns out florist missed it was a morning service. Worked with a fantastic representative who helped me get the arrangement completed and sent to daughter's house.

Showing was at 10:30 and I wasn't informed that they couldn't be delivered until 11:45. I ordered the flowers through the funeral home's website. Very disappointed.

I ordered flowers for a funeral service to be delivered to the viewing. They were never delivered, and I didn't receive notice that they couldn't find a shop to deliver them until two days after the service. Very disappointed in your services!

However, there may have been an error with your order since you chose a time of delivery within 2.5 hours of placing your order. Typically, orders must be delivered a minimum of 4 hours after the time the order was placed to be accepted. Your order was fully refunded on August 1st. Thank you.

I ordered funeral flowers For a wake, Specifying the location and time needed. The wake began at 4 PM, the flowers did not arrive until 6 PM. It was embarrassing to say the least.

Disappointed!

I ordered flowers for a good friend's mother's funeral. When I saw them at the funeral home I was so embarrassed at the size and arrangement of them. I spent over $100 and the description stated that is was " plants galore" with a keepable azalea pictured amongst the other various plants. I will never order from this site again. My local florist has sent larger baskets for only$60- $75 that were twice the size of this order

Beautiful arrangement, easy to order, not overpriced, easy check in and check out. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the actual arrangement had a very small space where flowers should have been and a few lilies that were a little brown at the tips. Still the receiving family and I loved the arrangement. Thank you 🙏🏼
