My flowers were delivered without a stand and the funeral home unfortunately didn't have another stand, so we laid them on a table. Not really what I wanted, but the flowers did the job.

I ordered an arrangement through the website. When I arrived at the wake I was mortified to see my name on a large arrangement that was not finished. The arrangement ( large floral spray) had no bordering greens making it look cheap and ridiculous. The florist used gave me a 30% refund for the error which was not nearly enough for the embarrassment alone.

The arrangement was lovely, but it was supposed to be in a blue vase as the theme of the arrangement was a touch of blue with the contrasting blue and the white flowers. There were tiny blue flowers in the arrangement, but I screenshot the order and it was supposed to be in a blue vase. The family loved the arrangement and the nessage in the card was correct. I would definitely use your service again
