Placed an order for flowers to be delivered at a funeral home in time for the wake. As I live in Florida and the Funeral home is in Hempstead New York. I received an email confirmation stating that the flowers were delivered. So naturally I called the funeral home to confirm receipt and the funeral advised that no delivery was received in my name or for the deceased. I called Blooms...and I told them my situation and the looked up my order and saw the same information stating that the flowers were delivered. The best part is that they quickly refunded me my money.

Day of delivery we were notified that they had no one to deliver flowers.
Echovita could not provide the service I wanted. I was told they could not deliver the flowers because it was to far away.

Please understand that if, for any reason, the local florist assigned an order is unable to deliver that order, they are supposed to advise the customer as quickly as possible. I see that your order was cancelled within 24 hours of your order being placed. The florist acted as quickly as possible on their end, but we do understand this was an inconvenience to you.
Order did not get delivered but I was charged for the order anyway.

No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website. It is unacceptable to be notified the day of the delivery that your order cannot be delivered, unless the order was a same-day delivery, which in your case it was not. Typically, in this case, the local florist assigned your order should have been able to make the proper arrangements to have your order delivered on-time, otherwise you should have been contacted within 24 hours of your order being made, if not within a few hours.
