We order a plant for a funeral. What was there was so tiny and it was dead. I was so embarrassed. When I called the number of the shop who sent the so called flowers. She sent me her order she received and in it it was for $50.00 not what I had paid. I paid over $77.00 and her paperwork stated to do 50.00. Total rip off
I ordered two arrangements and chose the largest option. I was very disappointed with the size and amount of flowers. To be honest, I was embarrassed. I should have realized since the pricing was far less than the local florist that I reviewed. The blue and white vase arrangement had one blue flower versus the picture that showed multiple various blue flowers.
The spray that I chose for my elderly aunts to give to their deceased brother in law, looked like piecesof greenery where falling out of it. The flowers were pretty, however, it was no where as full as the picture. I will never order through the funeral home website again. Sorry to say.

The process of going online to Echovita was very easy and painless. Very easy to navigate the site and pick the arrangement to be delivered. It was delivered on time and looked really good. I would highly recommend Echovita for a fast and easy process thru delivery.

One hour and 11 minutes AFTER the funeral time, I was notified that the flowers could NOT be delivered as requested. I was asked to call Blooms Today to see if I could switch to a house instead. The flowers were then delivered the following day. They of course were lovely, but a day late for the funeral. The whole point of the flowers was to give support to the family; showing that friends were thinking of them during the funeral. A day late did not have the same impact.

This was sent to a funeral home and was embarrassingly small arrangement for $100+ cost.
The flowers didn't get delivered to the funeral. I ask a family member if they got the flowers. She said no. Will never use Echovita again!
We were very disappointed with the small arrangement for the cost o $97.00. It was so small it was placed in the center of a table with pictures around it which almost made it impossible to see. It would have been nice to have dimensional information as part of the add for your offerings.

I did order late on Thursday and florist must have worked overtime to get the arrangement delivered to the church just prior to the funeral service. The arrangement was gorgeous. In fact, it was the most impressive floral display that I have ordered for a funeral to date.

I was informed the day before the funeral that they could not ship the flowers to the funeral home in time for the viewing! They offered to send it to the widows home but that was totally unacceptable. They did give a speedy return of my money but the whole ordeal was extremely stressful. They should have never accepted my order.

No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website.
