I really thought doing this would be a lot harder than it was. The way this website is set up makes it easy to go through the process of doing an obituary for the first time step by step. I like that I was able to use my own words but really liked that there was guidelines to help me.

Order was canceled the night before flowers were to be sent to a dear family friend's funeral. In all fairness, I discovered an email from two days earlier but I don't have the "band-width" to check my non-work email every day. They should have called me! Reason for the cancellation?: They couldn't locate a florist in the area. (Saddest thing I've read in a long time) It all worked out for the best though. I called one of several florists within a few miles of the mortuary directly and instead had them sent to the family's residence. The arrangement was $25.00 less then Echovia's site would have charged me and the custom design was far superior to any of the "select a picture " services. Always call a florist directly so you can get what you want, when you need it!
Too expensive customers should wait and order directly from the funeral home and not fall for your scam.
Ordered flowers for funeral. They emailed me telling me florist did not have what I requested and if I would approve alternative which I said was fine. Day of funeral I got an email stating they couldn't deliver to church and if I had a home address where they could deliver the arrangement. I told them to just cancel. I ordered several days before the funeral and this was so disappointing. Now it looks as though we didn't even recognize our loved ones death. Will never use this service and will tell anyone we know what happened.
Fast & easy, arrangement was on time, the flowers were great and person who received them said after a week, they still looked fresh.would highly recommend echovita..
I ordered flowers from this site and they delivered the arrangement 3 hours AFTER the service. I will never use them again….best to contact the florist directly. What a disappointment and misleading information as the site stated they had the times of the funeral. So….why would you deliver them 3 hours late?
I ordered flowers from your website to be delivered on the morning of the funeral. On Sunday I received an email from? Saying that the flowers had been delivered. Were they delivered on Saturday or Sunday (which was after the funeral). This was confusing,

These flowers were for my Aunt Billy. While aunt Billy was not a blood relative, she treated me as such. She supported my career as an artist, attended my shows, and was very kind. My Uncle Bob called the day after the funeral to thank me for the flowers.
