The company has garnered a mixed reputation, with notable strengths in the ease of ordering and timely delivery of floral arrangements, often praised for their quality and customer service responsiveness. However, significant concerns arise regarding unauthorized obituaries, which many customers find unethical and misleading, leading to confusion among grieving families. Additionally, issues with product quality, including discrepancies between ordered and delivered items, have been reported. Overall, while some customers appreciate the service, the company's practices surrounding obituaries and inconsistent product fulfillment have led to widespread dissatisfaction.

Ordered flowers for a funeral 5 days before the funeral. Never delivered. Had to chase them to get a response of any kind. Never, ever use them again.
More choices of plants would be nice. But what we paid for and got was beautiful. Worth the money.

Very disappointed with your service flowers did not get delivered
So happy with my purchase. The flowers were beautiful.
Obtaining this order and the resulting feedback received was supremely easy and exactly appropriate, respectively.
Received as ordered in best quality.
It has been delivered in time.
We placed our order online from Germany without any problem.
My friend posted her husband's obituary on Echovita. I had never heard of it before. It was a simple process to order flowers and send a message. My only complaint is that I did not receive confirmation of the delivery.
Unable to attend funeral but sent plant which my cousin said was beautiful
Flowers were never delivered to the funeral. Just what you want to happen at a time like that. Unreliable is not what you want for a funeral.
Hi Joseph,
We're sorry to hear that the local florist assigned your order was unable to make the delivery. Typically, if the florist comes across an issue, they are supposed to notify the customer in advance to give them the time they need to place an order elsewhere. A refund has already been issued.
A good friend recently passed and Echovita used Blooms for the order. I heard about Blooms and never looked back. Great service, great flowers (that last) and a real talent for making arrangements. I'll give Echovita credit for choosing the best florists in town and arrange delivery as promised.
I ordered a plant for a funeral in a town where I do not live. The plant was delivered in a timely manner according to an email I received.
I was absolutely horrified of the arrangement that was sent to my aunt's wake. It was nothing like what I ordered and not the picture that I received on my delivery receipt. It looked like there was no more than $10 worth of flowers in the tiny vase that was delivered! I was very embarrassed by what was sent especially seeing that four of us went in on the arrangement for the price that we paid for it.
I had placed the order approximately two days before the required date and they were able to deliver on-time with no issues.
I loved all the details you could add to someone's memorial page; pictures, buy flowers, send messages, candle lighting.
It's a wonderful way to express your love for someone who's just moved onto the other side.
The flowers were not quite as large as pictured and that's not Evhovita's responsibility. But maybe Echovita can work with and have links to another floral company that has higher standards.
Thank you for all you do!
I was told they were delivered and very pretty. They were on time
Uneventful. The family was thankful and appreciative.
Answer: Candles, messages, and memories left on Echovita only appear on the obituary page you left it on Echovita. They do not simultaneously appear on the funeral home's website. No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website. You'd have to visit the funeral home's website yourself and leave whatever you'd like there. Thank you. In the future, you may contact us directly via our contact us section.
Answer: The eternity candle you purchased is a virtual candle that remains lit on the obituary page on our website. The family is not directly notified, but your message and candle are posted publicly on the obituary page, so anyone who visits the page will be able to see it.
Answer: Hi James, you may call our partner, Blooms Today directly to inquire about your order at 1-800-522-8707. This phone number is also stated on our website on the flower selection and checkout pages.

Hi Paul,
We're sorry to hear about the experience you've had and the local florist assigned your order has been warned about this issue. Our partner, Blooms Today had an issue regarding the delivery confirmation from the local florist. The local florist never provided a delivery confirmation, and it wasn't until June 5th, that the local florist confirmed that no delivery was made. At that time, Blooms Today sent you an email asking if you had an address for the family, which they can send your order to via another florist. You may have received that email in your spam. Also, Blooms Today's customer service number is provided on the order confirmation email, so you could have contacted them at any time. I also checked your email address in our system and you never contacted us, Echovita, directly with any concerns you had. Thank you kindly.
