Waste of money. Looks bad when it appears you didn't send flowers for funeral for a friend.
Flowers were delivered at the appropriate time and the arrangement was beautiful. Several days after the funeral they still made a nice bouquet in the house.

I felt relaxed and confident that the funeral flowers that I ordered would be taken care of. I ordered in plenty of time. Once at the funeral however, I was greatly upset to see that my order was not there. I felt terrible. I had wanted to let the bereaved family know that I cared so very much but instead was embarrassed as I apologized for my flowers not arriving. Later I was informed that hours after the funeral the flowers were delivered to the church. The grieving, exhausted spouse was then asked to drive a distance to pick up the arrangement. I felt so bad. I was sympathetically issued a refund from Echovita as I called and spoke with a representative. They were very nice but truthfully there's no way they can make up for failing me.
The delivery of flowers to the funeral home was done on time and was lovely, just as it was in the photo.
The flower basket for our daughter-in-law's grandmother's service was beautiful and was a large sized arrangement. We ordered the Gracious Lavender. There were more pink flowers in it, which is, actually what we wanted, so it was even more beautiful than the picture on the site.

No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website.
