Our order was canceled because some flowers were not available. Re ordering was not very easy and we had problems with that. Once we finally had an orfwr we were promised same value as our previous order. It was not. We were very dissatisfied with the flowers that were delivered. Not worth what we paid for.

Ordering and paying on line easy. Ordered 6 days prior to funeral. FLOWERS DID NOT GET THERE. I spoke to funeral directors. They suggest not dealing with you because your service is not RELIABLE. And you should not be offering such a service. BUT APPARENTLY YOU INSIST THAT THE WORD OF DEATH IS PUBLIC NOTICE AND YOU ARE ABLE TO INTERVENE. Well you shouldnt.

No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website. We're terribly sorry to hear of the experience you had with the local florist that was responsible for preparing and delivering your order. When looking into your order, I saw that it was supposed to be delivered on June 13th, and it was refunded on June 16th, which was not a week later. There are many lies within your review. The funeral home lied to you and if they stated that we are not reliable and provide you with false information about us, then we will deal with them directly for defamation. Any death that is announced publicly is a public notice, that's obvious. We don't intervene. You ask people to contact a local florist, but if you actually knew how we operate then you'd know that all of our flower orders are fulfilled by local florists via our partner Blooms Today. You claimed we are not affiliate with funeral homes, that would also be a lie, as we are affiliated with many funeral homes, just not all funeral homes. Thank you.
