Order a large arrangment based on the style of flowers for a family funeral. When viewed at the funeral home the flowers were frail, wilted, unhealthly and the flower arrangements was to contain a 'BLUE' flower as in was within the name and flower arrangement purchase, there was no "BLUE' flower or any similar colour within the arrangement. Large arrangments should last at least 3 business days this was an embarrasement in what was received. I will not order and recommend this florist.

It was easy to find a lovely flower arrangement and to have it delivered to my cousin's funeral. There was a problem with the order which was corrected easily by phone the next day.

The process was so easy since they already have all the information of where to deliver and when the funeral was scheduled. Pictures of the flowers were sent to us by family and they looked exactly as they should have. I have had issues in the past with other companies- not looking like the pictures advertised. I was very pleasantly surprised! I would use this company again in the future!
The extra charge for un ordered and undelivered candle has been credited. So overall, except for size of bouquet, I am happy with our order.
We ordered flowers for our son in laws grandfathers funeral, specifically called out when they had to get to the church, and we have no idea whether they ever rec'd the flowers... We know for a fact; they were not there for the funeral.!~

It was very important to me that the flowers arrived at the service on time since I was unable to attend. The delivery time was perfect and I was told by family members that the flowers were beautiful!

I'd never heard of Echovita, but I took a risk. The plant was beautiful, and the recipient just loves it.
I placed my order in timely fashion from the funeral home website. I received a call from you all the morning of the service stating the flower order could not be fulfilled and asking for another address to send them to. I did not have one since this was held out of state so I cancelled the order. Disappointed I was unable to send my condolences that day. The order was refunded.

Service was 11am to 1pm got email at 1:30 saying flowers were delivered. Since I'm in poor health I couldn't be at funeral service so I'm not sure if plant that I bought got there on time.

Sometimes it can even take 24 hours to receive your delivery confirmation email. The time the email is received is not when the order is delivered. The email itself should indicate the time the order was delivered. If the time of delivery is not indicated, please call 1-800-522-8707. If the order was delivered late, you will receive a refund. Thank you.
Ordered online an paid. Received message stating that those puticular flowers weren't available hr later. Funeral in 2 days on Sunday 2pm. I canceled an then reordered what was available. Paid again. Message me back next morning Sat said unable to complete my order again. Took me 1 an 1/2 weeks to get both my $107.00 each refunded back to account. I would not recommend this service. Highly disappointed.

Selection good, easy to do on line but NO follow up email or text saying if the flowers were delivered. I still don't know if they were delivered to the funeral or not……

Answer: Candles, messages, and memories left on Echovita only appear on the obituary page you left it on Echovita. They do not simultaneously appear on the funeral home's website. No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website. You'd have to visit the funeral home's website yourself and leave whatever you'd like there. Thank you. In the future, you may contact us directly via our contact us section.
Answer: The eternity candle you purchased is a virtual candle that remains lit on the obituary page on our website. The family is not directly notified, but your message and candle are posted publicly on the obituary page, so anyone who visits the page will be able to see it.
