Saw link to your service when reading obituary. We are in North Dakota & wanted to send flowers to relative in Florida. Your site was super easy to use & relatives who attended the service said our bouquet was beautiful!

Ordering off of the obituary/funeral home site, I had never done this before but it was wonderful and was very happy to see our flowers delivered and looking amazing at such a difficult time. Anyway, took pictures of the arrangement and it was not as appeared in the photos of pictures to order. I ordered the largest arrangement available on the site, and the arrangement delivered was more greener and less flowers, very disappointed. Mary Ann Lukowicz
I was disappointed with the arrangement that was sent. The flowers looked old and lifeless and I had requested that a "beloved aunt" banner be placed on the flowers and it was not. As part of the immediate family, and the only nephew, I was sorely disappointed in the quality of the arrangement considering the price I paid for it AND the fact that I CALLED to request the banner.
Very helpful - when flowers could not be delivered, options were immediately provided - since none would work and immediate refund of my order was made - be nice if all site worked as easily as Echovita's site!
Very easy and effortless, however, I can't verify if the flowers were delivered or agree with my selection. If would be nice to get a picture of the flowers to see what was delivered.
I ordered a lily plant, but was told the florist did not have any of these even though they had been pictured in the ads. Instead an arrangement of equal value ($100) would be substituted. What arrived at the funeral home was a scrawny dish garden (no flowers at all). I was embarrassed to have my name on it.

When the order is received, our partner Blooms today, processes that order by sending it to the closest local florist, who is then responsible for preparing and delivering the arrangement selected. If the local florist does not have the flowers or plant selected, they will notify the customer and give the option to cancel and refund the order or substitute the order with another arrangement of equal value. It was easy to process the order. Had a confirmation through my PayPal that payment was processed. Received an email to follow up if flowers were delivered or not. Had to confirm with a family member that it was received. There should be someway of knowing when the flowers were delivered so I could know would be helpful.
What I ordered for a funeral was not what I ordered and I was very disappointed. I was embarrassed that my dear friend and her family received what they did. I called about the issue and I have to say that the person I spoke to was very nice and apologized that what I ordered was wrong and she refunded my account.

Answer: Candles, messages, and memories left on Echovita only appear on the obituary page you left it on Echovita. They do not simultaneously appear on the funeral home's website. No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website.
