The company has garnered a mixed reputation, with notable strengths in the ease of ordering and timely delivery of floral arrangements, often praised for their quality and customer service responsiveness. However, significant concerns arise regarding unauthorized obituaries, which many customers find unethical and misleading, leading to confusion among grieving families. Additionally, issues with product quality, including discrepancies between ordered and delivered items, have been reported. Overall, while some customers appreciate the service, the company's practices surrounding obituaries and inconsistent product fulfillment have led to widespread dissatisfaction.

Ordering was easy, now just to see if it arrives on time and what it looks like!
What a easy, seem less way to support loved ones. We would use them again.
So far, so good. The purchase was simple. The flowers were delivered. The arrangement was ok. Not as nice as I would have hoped, but I only saw a picture of them. Maybe they were prettier in person. I sent them for a memorial service and the family was very appreciative.
So far, so good. The purchase was simple. Now I hope to see the flowers delivered.
I ordered flowers for a dear one's funeral, but the order was not fulfilled. The basic price was refunded, but your $2.99 fee was not.
The florist did not deliver flowers to funeral or graveside. The company did not notify me of being unable to deliver. The family the delivery was supposed to receive notified me and contacted the company. How embarrassing and humiliating during a period of grieving.
A week prior to a funeral I made a purchase. The day of the funeral, I received a note saying the order could not be delivered. With a week to prepare, someone could have made sure all was OK. The loved one I wanted the family to know was remembered had to told after the fact.
It was a trick to use the message segment of the purchase. All else was OK.
Did not do anything for us, you guys said you could not find anyone so you refunded my money. Interesting though, WE DID.
I ordered this arrangement through the recommendation of the Funeral Home in Waltham, MA.
The arrangement arrived in perfect time for the wake despite the fact it was a last minute order. It was just as pictured online, just gorgeous. I will defintely order from Echovita in the future.
The arrangement I ordered Vivid Recollections was pictured with mostly yellow flowers with a few pink and one purple. The arrangement delivered had a lot of pink, red, and purple mixed with yellow and white. It was pretty but I chose the arrangement for the yellow flowers.
Flowers were much more expensive than offered by the funeral home. Very disappointed about that.
Flowers didn't arrive until the service was over. Beautiful arrangement but got there late. Very disappointed on an already very sad day of my sister's funeral.
I was not able to attend the funeral, I only knew a couple days in advance and only requested flowers from Echovita the day before the funeral.
Not having yet received comment from the family since the funeral, it was comforting to receive a message from Echovita that the flowers were indeed delivered.
BY the way, very nice selection of flowers on the website!
I couldn't get my 1st choice time slot, the order was delivered a little later than I requested (I was already gone). I got an email that it was delivered, I wasn't there to confirm. I never saw the arrangement, the services may have already been over, so I have no idea if it made it to the intended recipients, or what it looked like.
I was very pleased with the service and delivery of my order.
The flowers I bought were not what was delivered. They were much smaller and missing pieces.
Flowers were delivered on time and it was easy to order
We ordered an expensive bouquet of flowers for our friend's memorial and when we attended, the bouquet was not there. After several attempts to alert the florist, we were only told that they had delivered the flowers to the funeral home and put them on a conference table as some employee told them to do. There was no follow up with the funeral home to see why the flowers never made it to the memorial. Now you want a review?!
Answer: Candles, messages, and memories left on Echovita only appear on the obituary page you left it on Echovita. They do not simultaneously appear on the funeral home's website. No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website. You'd have to visit the funeral home's website yourself and leave whatever you'd like there. Thank you. In the future, you may contact us directly via our contact us section.
Answer: The eternity candle you purchased is a virtual candle that remains lit on the obituary page on our website. The family is not directly notified, but your message and candle are posted publicly on the obituary page, so anyone who visits the page will be able to see it.
Answer: Hi James, you may call our partner, Blooms Today directly to inquire about your order at 1-800-522-8707. This phone number is also stated on our website on the flower selection and checkout pages.

Hi Marsha B.,
I'm terribly sorry to hear about this situation. There are several issues with your review that I would like to address. First, for any issues, Blooms Today would be the company you'd contact regarding your order, which is stated on your receipt. You stated you exchanged several impersonal texts, however, Blooms Today does not text, so I don't know who you were communicating with because it was not a representative of Echovita, nor Blooms Today. When flowers are delivered to a funeral home for a service, a member of the funeral home's staff directs the deliverer where to place the flowers. If the deliverer was directed to place the flowers somewhere by the funeral home staff and the funeral home staff forgot to place them on display during the event, then that is the funeral home's fault and you must discuss that with the funeral home. Since you were at the funeral home and the arrangement was there, the funeral home staff should have been easily able to find the flowers and put them on display. Echovita and Blooms Today are responsible for getting the flowers to the correct address by the time selected. It is the funeral home's responsibility to make sure that all flowers delivered for a service are on display during the service. Thank you.
