After looking at options for ordering flowers for a funeral, and not being from the town the services were in, I ordered using this site. The flower depictions and options were wonderful. The site was user friendly, cost less than other options by up to $50 for the same arrangement on other sites, and delivery was as stated to make it to the first memorial event in plenty of time. Very appreciated and I received feedback from the recipient of how lovely the flowers were. Overall outstanding experience particularly during a difficult time. Would definitely use again!

I ordered "Plants Galore"... a grouping of 6 plants/flowers/ivy in a nice basket. The basket delivered had 2 in it. Plants were healthy but did not represent the sentiment that we wanted to express and definitely did not represent the $105.00 that was paid. Actually, was embarrassed by the arrangement. I'm not sure what can be done at this point since the funeral has come and gone, but something needs to happen. This was NOT a nice arrangement that was pictured when the order was placed. Terribly disappointed.

I was disappointed in the color of the flowers added to the arrangement. The product description said "Peach" colored. The flowers were yellow instead and didn't seem as pretty. I would have liked more of a pink instead of yellow. Also, for $105 dollars the plant flower arrangement was small.

A claim was filed as the flowers were never delivered to the funeral home in time for the 10:00am est service. A very embarrassing moment when I had to ask the grieving family if they received them my husband and I had to search through all the arrangements on the alter and there was nothing. The funeral home director confirmed no delivery was made. I expect a full refund for this terrible service and experience. What a scam!

Thank you for your feedback. We have also suggested to Blooms Today to provide a photo of the arrangement, however, since local florists are the ones preparing and delivering each order, some of them don't have the capability of doing so.
My order was delivered long after the funeral was over and no one was there. The funeral was at 9am, not 6pm when flowers were delivered.

For your information, delivery confirmation may be received up to 24 hours a delivery was made. The time you receive the delivery confirmation is not the time the order was delivered. In regards to your order specifically, it was delivered on May 22nd at 8:30a.m. And it was received by the funeral home's staff at the front desk, which means your order was delivered on time. The large floral arrangement I ordered for delivery before 2 pm arrived today. A date late. That is obviously unacceptable. The display was for the memorial service for my only Sister, which I could not attend person. Please advise how you will rectify this situation.

The arrangement was beautiful but if we were not at the viewing, no one would have known who the flowers were from. The signature section was left off plus there was no information on the envelope or card indicating which florist the flowers came from. I had to sign the card myself. This could have been a major issue when someone is spending $120 for flowers!

Answer: Candles, messages, and memories left on Echovita only appear on the obituary page you left it on Echovita. They do not simultaneously appear on the funeral home's website. No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website. You'd have to visit the funeral home's website yourself and leave whatever you'd like there. Thank you. In the future, you may contact us directly via our contact us section.
