While the ordering process was super easy, I was very disappointed in the arrangement for my aunt's funeral. The flowers were not as colorful as shown online and it looked more like a $90 bouquet than the $150 I spent. Everyone was disappointed. From now on, will just call a local florist directly.
On May 8,2025 I ordered a Multicolor Standing spray for a wake and funeral. The $344.99, top of the line, standing spray was to be delivered on Sunday, May 11,, 2025, to Harvey-Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey LA *******.
I even received a confirmation that the flowers were delivered on Saturday, May 10. The confirmation did not indicate to what location the flowers, IF delivered, were delivered.
The flowers were not delivered to that funeral home. Nor were they delivered to the church where the funeral was to be held the following day.
This was embarrassing to me and my family. I would like a full refund of the purchase price.

The delivery was not successful because no one was at the funeral home to receive the flowers. Since your order was not delivered, we processed a full refund. Ordering online was simple to navigate. The delivery was made on time and I would say that their prices were normal for any flower shop. They do have a lot to pick from.
I paid $200 for a LARGE, FULL flower stand that was pictured and I specifically chose the more expensive option only to get a SMALL bouquet for my grandmothers funeral. I am mourning and could not be there and that is what is there to represent me? I feel so ripped off and cannot believe you would do that to someone who is mourning.

They did not deliver what I ordered. It was beautiful and blue that I ordered, and there was no cobalt blue vase and no blue flowers mixed in with the white. It was all white flowers with a clear vase that my niece sent me a picture of for my brother-in-law and that is not the one I picked out and paid for!

If I could give a negative star I would. First I was informed that a substitute arrangement would be used as the local florist wasn't able to provide the one I selected. Then I was told the arrangement wouldn't make it to the church service on time and that they would get them to the burial. The only thing that went smoothly was the taking of my money. No problem there. Very disappointed.

Only thing I'd ask and the reason I gave only four stars instead of five is that I did not receive a proper receipt and confirmation email. When I logged into the site, the total listed there was incorrect. At the end of all though, I am thankful for the successful delivery at a difficult time.

Was disappointed to see, not like picture. Not enough flowers for the money, then the site I was ordering the flowers on had the lighted candle attached to it, already checked so it was on my order also. If I wanted the lighted candle I would have ordered it but I was ordering the flowers only. Then never could get up with anyone to take it off, everybody kept saying it wasn't their site. Oh well another lesson learned. Never again ordering on line!

There were two viewing sessions and when I got there for the first one the flowers weren't there. I asked the funeral home to check delivery. The florist told them the flowers were delivered at 1:30 PM. As we were discussing the situation about 4 PM a man entered the FH with the plant. I chose the most expensive size and was very disappointed. It certainly didn't look like $125.00 value. I thought I was dealing with a company affiliated with the funeral home but was not. Lesson learned!

You didn't send us an email regarding this, nor did you call our partner, Blooms Today, at the number provided on your receipt and on our website. I'm not sure why you would go first to a third party review website instead of contacting the company you ordered from. If your order wasn't delivered, as you claim, you will receive a refund, but without contacting us, how would we know to look into your claim?
Would give 0 rating if possible. They ask for the date and time of service. This means it will make it by the time of the service, RIGHT? RIGHT? Nope. Arrived 3 hours after the service. So disappointed. Will not use again. 100% DO NOT recommend.

Answer: Candles, messages, and memories left on Echovita only appear on the obituary page you left it on Echovita. They do not simultaneously appear on the funeral home's website. No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website.
