The book arrived quickly, and is mostly in good condition, but some pages at the front of the book have water damage. However, since this was advertised as a used book, I know I can't expect that it would have been in perfect condition.

Overall my experience has been fine. I appreciate that ecampus carries the book I needed.
This is the second time I rented a text book from them. Both of them were like brand new - no highlighting, etc.
I had an issue and they worked with mel Great customer service,
I placed an order for the books I need for upcoming semester and the order some how got cancel because of fraud alert.
The book arrived on time and the process of ordering was very easy.
Every book I've needed has been in stock and they are delivered quickly.
I paid extra to get the book delivered a certain day, I didn't get it that day and I didn't even get a refund for that extra shipping. I did contact someone of this and asked for a refund of that extra money I spent on shipping and I got no response.
It takes way too long to ship and there's no option to pick up. Overall disappointing.
I am so pleased to have the option to rent the book instead of buying it at full price
My experience was great. The book got here on time (before my class starts) and in great condition. I will definitely order from them again.
