All of my books eventually came, but some of them took a bit longer than expected
I needed this book ASAP because there was a shortage of them at my college. This book came through super fast and was priced better than brand new through the school. Also I like that I get to return it so I'm not keeping a bunch of books I'm never going to open again

Ordered my books February 9. Still haven't received them. Then it says delivered when I never got a tracking number or shipping confirmation. My classes start next week and I haven't received my books nor a refund for them and customer support hasn't responded to any of my requests from chat with us! Someone needs to provide me answers asap!

My textbook this semester was $180. I only need it for this one pre-req, and probably won't open it ever again... I just can't justify a purchase like that. I was considering any alternative, and then I stumbled upon this site. I was extremely skeptical because there are other scam sites, but the reviews here made me take the chance (plus my price here was $40, I could afford to lose that). The book came in one week, which was really quick. It also came in VERY OBVIOUS packaging, so I knew it was my book when I saw it on my porch. I suggested this site to a few of my classmates that I noticed didn't have their book yet.
I'm very pleased that this service is available. My current textbook is exorbitantly expensive this semester. The option to rent, as this class is a pre-req, and I probably won't use the textbook afterwards is just amazing, and a life saver.
Pearsons did a great job at delivering this book in a timely manner, although I would suggest ordering it 1-2 weeks in advance of any classes.
Reached out several times for assistance resetting my password. I was not able to reset it and finally had to create a new account.
The last book I ordered was received about a week late, which was unfortunate, especially given that I was enrolled in a 7 week course, so this did put me at a disadvantage, but the I was very pleased with the quality of the book -- it was brand new, and I liked the easy return via UPS.

Stated I would get the item within 24 hours and that I could use code ECRENTAL for a discount, but neither was made available to me after I decided to do business with eCampus. I just hope the product is what I expect once I get it.
My previous order was cancelled due to "payment irregularities". After contacting customer service no explanation was given but my payment will be returned in 3-7 days. THIS WAS MY DEBIT CARD THAT I USE EVERY DAY. At least give me an explantion or refund my money immediately. Going to try again as I really want this book.

Have not received book. Son is very disappointed that a book they claimed was in stock wasn't.
I wanted to use a voucher with Southern New Hampshire University to pay for this book. It was not possible to do it and I bought the book anyway. I recommend that you fix this problem because it was completely aggravating and I spent too much time trying to get that done when in fact, no one explained to me it couldn't be done. Make it happen!
