ECampus sent me a email to confirm have I received my book. As soon as I replied that I haven't, ecampus immediately responds by email and followed my book delivery. I received book after two day. It is really efficiency react. Great service.

There was no mention of a shipping fee when looking at the price. Also, when I first went to the site it said I had a $5 off and that it would be applied. This was not the case when I went to check out. I feel like I have been mislead on the pricing. Also, there are high school students that are utilizing these books. Having them due in the middle of December is not helpful since the way it is done in high school it is two marking periods, therefore they would need them until January to complete the class. There is no option for an extension.
So far out of my 5 years in college, this company was and is the worst book servicing company I have worked with. They don't have the books in house, when it says it will ship in 3-5 business days, they mean from the vendor and no they don't drop ship. So, once they get the book they will take their time to get it delivered to you even if you pay next day. 2 weeks later and I still do not have the book. Their customer service is a joke, kept telling me I had to tell UPS I wanted next day and Saturday deliver is ok. I even asked to talk with her supervisor, they said the same thing. What a joke, they are suppose to fill out the form for next day and select Saturday. Total scam, took my $40.00.
The shipping time was good and the book is in good condition.
