I placed my order and ended up being canceled and I was never notified. I reached about 5 days later to see if there was update on shipping and was told it was canceled. Very frustrating

I love that it's rental and is only for $30-40. The textbook itself has good condition (almost new) and is very clean.

The service was outstanding. The path to the perfect fit to meet my needs was easy. This will be my first stop for future needs!

Ordered book with access code for twice the cost of the book alone because it was specifically advertised as a combo. The access code was not include once I received the book and customer service was not helpful stating the disclaimer that supplemental materials may not be included.

I did not know about ecampus and first I thought it was a fake site because of the cheap prices, but I ordered my book for $9 and it was in very good condition and had fast shipping!

I ordered a book for a class and chose the fastest shipping option to ensure it would arrive on time. It did not, it arrived 3 weeks later. After many back and forths of trying to cancel the order bc i had to order the digital version instead, i was told the order could not be canceled bc it was a shipping problem with the issuing company, but that i could return it for a refund. Which is exactly what i did. I shipped it back the same day i received it, and 2 weeks later, i still hadn't received my refund. When i reached out i was told i could not get a refund bc i returned a used version of the book, when in fact i never even opened the package they sent me. It is infuriating to try to get in contact with anyone from that company. Don't bother.

I would give negative stars if possible. I didn't not get my book when expected. When I contacted eCampus I didn't receive a response, so I reached out through chat. That experience took about an hour and I still don't have a book and won't know for 48-72 hours if my order is going to be fullfilled.

I wanted a hard copy of the textbook and ordered from the McGraw-Hill site. It all worked out, I got the book and I am able to do exactly what I need to do with it.

The textbook I got was practically brand new which I very much appreciated.

I didn't wait the long, I appreciate it. I will order next semester.

I cancelled the order within 10 minutes of placing the order. That was 10 days ago. Still no refund. And they keep calling me "Tony" even though I've explained several times that my brother's name is Tony.

Shipping options & price weren't good. Plus a fee too. Not impressed, probably will not rent from here again
