E-campus books shipped my book days later than promised, shipped it via 3-4 day ground, rather than next day air, for which I paid $39.99, and customer support could not tell me where my package was at any time. In the end, I had to call UPS, have them locate my package, arrange for them to hold the package at a local warehouse, then drive to the warehouse to pick up the package.

I never received my book and their customer service said they didn't have it in stock and would have to order it from the publisher even though it said the estimated delivery would be 5-7 business days.

I'm a little confused because I specifically chose the rental option, yet the text books I received are new. One of the books came in shrink wrap, and it indicated that if I was to write in it it would not be returnable. I rented the paper version so that I could highlight and take notes in the text as needed. This survey also asked me to "rate my purchase", but the receipt I was emailed does indeed indicate that both books were rentals. If someone could please reach out to me to clarify the issue that would be most appreciated.

When I first made my rental order I realized that I could purchase them online instead so I attempted to cancel my order 30min after my initial purchase. I was told that I couldn't because it was already being processed but I could return them before my rental date for a partial refund. Alright. Cool. So I waited for them to arrive. The only issue is that I ordered August 29th and it's currently September 16th. It's been over two months and there's been no signs from the tracking code since August 23rd. It's simply outrageous.
I thought they did well, although shipping time could have been faster.
I was charged $157 for a $90 book - eCampus charged my card the wrong amount and then would not refund the correct amount. I had to file a dispute with my card provider.

It has been a bad experience. Had to cancel my order because you guys did not have the book in stock. I also had drop my class because of this. No one is emailing me back about getting my money back since I canceled my order.

Answer: Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
