I still do not have the book that I ordered. Instead I get these stupid messages. The first one presented several options like "My package was delivered" or "My package has not been delivered." But the only option one could click on was the one saying "My package has been delivered." It hadn't, so I had no choice but to ignore the whole message. Now I get this one asking me to rate "the experience." Well, use your imagination. Where is my package?

Textbook was in near perfect condition and I paid less than 1/3 of what the book costs at my school. I took a winter course that was only 3 weeks long and couldn't justify the price of the book at all!
I bought a brand new book for my son and saw that my reciept included a rental book which i never recieved and have been trying to get this issue rectified. Why is there not a customer service number this has been very frustrating especially around the holiday season.
The shipping sucks it took 2 weeks to get my book and classes started before the book made it to me now I started out behind.

Answer: Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
