Terrible - they posted a price, then when I booked, received an email stating you have been confirmed, but no ticket was booked - the email said you are confirmed but we will send you your ticket and itinerary when we get it confirmed with the airline. Then, the next day they send me an email that says we cannot do it for this price, but this new price - which was $185 higher! By then, the prices went up all around on the airline sites and Kayak and Expedia, so I was screwed.

Two incidents happened with me:
First incident, I booked a flight with them and I got a call back from them a few hours later saying that they couldn't buy the ticket for the same price that was listed and they bought it for a hire price. I kindly told them, not to book it but they said they already booked it and can't change it. Meaning, they booked a ticket for a hire price without letting me know and refused to refund me the full amount when I asked them to cancel it. They didn't get my authorization to use my card information for the new ticket and bought me a higher priced ticket.

Second instance, I needed to change my return flight. I went to the airline to change it and the airline said I can do it, get a refund back because my return date will be different and cheaper at the time and I would only have to pay $56 for fee change. However, I need to go through Ebooktrip since I booked it with them. I call Ebooktrip and they charged my $325 for changing my return flight. I explained to them what the airline told me, and I send them pictured of the charges and refunds they told me I will get. However, they said they wouldn't change it unless I pay.

They are honestly just a rip off. It would have been SO much cheaper for me if I just booked directly through the airline. The Airline itself was going to give me a refund if I booked with them and Ebooktrip itself charged me $325. If I didn't have to change my ticket, I wouldn't have paid it but unfortunately I had no other choice. Horrible experience, and will never use them again. They are just scammers.

I don't know who paid these people for all the good reviews on this site. Shame on you all because my spouse relied on this site to decide on booking with them. I only hope more people they scammed will put in their review and expose the truth. They will bait and switch you and call and say the price you think you're paying has gone up. I strongly advise that you NOT use this site! Never would have let my spouse make this purchase had I known it wasn't our usual ticketing site we use.

"THEY ARE A SCAM"

Worst ever service. They intentionally failed the card holder verification saying there's extra space which is a nonsense thing. And then now they are saying that the fare has increased and demands more money to proceed forward. Ridiculous, they want more fares so failed verification. Who does that? I would give less than 1 star or negative ratings for them.

I booked my flight. Less than an hour later, I was contacted by ebook to say that my price was not valid and that I had to pay more. I cancelled the whole thing.
