Not What They Claim
November 6, 2022

While selecting products to purchase, it stated that the particular product I selected could be shipped in 24 hours. 7 days later and it still states on the site that my order is processing. I sent and email requesting that my order request is taking too long and that I wanted to just cancel the order. I rep. Sent a response email stating that not all items available for ship within 24 hours... but that not what was stated on the website before I purchased my items. It literally stated that the items that I chose could ship in 24 hours. Meanwhile, the rep. Refused to address my request for order cancelation. I've now sent 2 more additional emails with no response... don't bother people!

Firstly, Ebonyline is my go to for a large selection of wigs. Theres usually a good supply of colors & new releases. Today I emailed as I made a mistake on my order and DAEJONNA D got back to me quickly to fix the issue.

Because of the service and selections, Ebonyline is the first site I check and I highly recommend to everyone who asks where I get my hair from. Thank you & keep offering great products & customer service!

Wonderful Company

Ordering product

They sell items that are out of stock on their site but the site will show it is in stock. Was not notified until I reached out via email. Also did not get confirmation email for order after placing my order. Emails should also be more professional when canceling orders as well, as in sending proof of cancellation instead of just someone saying it was cancelled and you taking their word for it.

The image from the shipper showed a TV instead of the package. Ebonyline refused to file a claim for the shipper to investigate. Terrible service! Do not ever buy from this site...

Everytime I ordered available items from Ebonyonline and after paying and waiting for my item, only to find out item is not instock and they are asking me to chose something else.
This is my 2nd or 3rd experience like this. I have to follow up on my order multiple times and when they finally respond, I'm told item is not available. Had I not followed up to track my order on my own no one would have notified me. And they do not credit anything for the inconvenience. They say no credit sorry.
I will block that site, so I remember not to use them again.

Bad Business

My mom is 79 and ordered a wig with my help. It states delivered but she never received it. I saw after the fact they have a policy about lost items but I don't know what the postal service did with her package. She is on a fixed income and cannot afford to loose money and no product. I emailed and they are no help and just stated the policy. I would have been fine with another wig being sent but no. I will never ever order from them again. Poor customer service and the buyer suffers when they don't receive a product. I guess someone else is wearing her grey wig or it was never sent. If I could give you busy no stars I would. Thanks for nothing and will NEVER order from you again.

Pissed off in Georgia!

Larissa was fast and quick to address any concerns I had when I meant to order one wig and had ordered another. Of course you have to be timely on those kinda mistakes if they haven't already shipped. But all in all I will say Ebonyline is amazing and the more you order you do have points that turn into cash off of your order!
