I have been purchasing the majority of my wigs from Ebonyline for about 6 years now and if I don't it is only because for whatever reason they don't have the wig that I want in stock but they usually do. I for the most part have no issues with their wigs until just last week. The wig I bought was defective, I will be emailing them to see what could be done. They are quick responders. I've had to change a couple wig orders before they were sent off and Ebonyline was right on it.

I am currently waiting on my order from ebonyline. I ordered on November 13th and it is now November 29th and I'm still waiting on them to ship my items out. Omg they are so slow. I ordered my hair thinking it would here by the Thanksgiving holiday. Wrong it wasnt never will I ever order from thing again they are too slow they are in Illinois and I'm in Indiana why is it taking so long. I'm not even hyped about the hair anymore they taking too long. I wanna tell them too cancel it but I dont know when they planning on sending it out an they tell me it's too late. I will never order from anymore.

The speed of delivery does depend on the shipping method selected for the order. Different methods have different speeds. We recommend that if the order is needed before a certain time frame to please select an expedited shipping method since Standard is estimated and not guaranteed. I ordered over 130.00 dollars in products from this company but it was delivered to the wrong address (unknowingly at first) I sent them an email letting them know that I receive my product. I received a message from them saying that I need to find the neighbor that the product was delivered to since they were not responsible. Are you kidding me. So they are saying that even though they received their money and they send out the product it's not on them at all if it's not delivered to the right person. We ebonyline you will never receive an order from me again and I will report you to the better business bureau also.
Please note: a neighbor from another subdivision delivered my package the next day thank God!
