This is my 3rd post as I don't want other people to suffer like we did.

Easysports tickets take your money and give you a contract that means they aren't obligated to supply the goods. Let me explain how they operate.

You pay them. They say 'We will supply you with a ticket' but caveat it with 'only if our suppliers are able to provide the tickets'.

What they then do is try and source the tickets from season ticket holders and other providers. That's why for the majority of big football games they are unable to give you a ticket when you pay for it as they DONT HAVE IT!

For the El Classico game they couldnt get our tickets and told us just minutes before the game was due to start.

So, don't buy your tickets from them if you actually want to see the game. Only buy if you actually get a ticket immediately on completion of payment. If not walk away, at least you wont then be disappointed and out of pocket by several hundred euros after our flights, hotel and transport expense for the weekend were all wasted.

I ordered two tickets for the Spanish Classico through easysportstickets. The sales and delivery teams acted in what appeared to be a professional manner upto the point of delivering the tickets. They informed me by e-mail that my tickets have been downgraded to a lower category and they relied on the terms and conditions that I agreed to while ordering which gives them the right to downgrade the tickets subject to availability and refund the price difference to the customer.
Not only have they downgraded the tickets which were supposed to be guaranteed according to what they told me when ordering, they only refunded EUR 60 instead of EUR 206 which I calculated based on the prices quoted on their website. They failed to justify why they have not refunded the full amount and informed me that they have closed he case, so I ended up paying EUR 146 more than what I should have paid for two tickets that I as forced to accept since I had already made my travel arrangements.
One more thing to note, they ask their customers to confirm back by e-mail when receiving the tickets (if they do receive them) that the tickets were received and that the customer has no problems or else the tickets will not be activated. By doing this, customers lose their right to claim a refund. The interesting thing is that they claim on their website that they have an average rating of 4 stars from Trustpilot while in fact they have only got one star. BEWARE!

I had bought tickets for the Roma - Lazio match in April and expected to find them at my hotel upon arrival - or to receive them by email. But there were no tickets. I phoned the company more than 20 times in the days leading up to the match without them answering the phone, and I emailed them - also no answer. I therefore had to go and buy new tickets in Rome 24 hours before the match to be sure to see the match. The EasySports tickets eventually arrived in the evening before the match which took place at 12:30 the following day - however in a much lower category that the one we had booked.
As demonstrated by so many other reviews here, this company is a scandalous scam and fraud - stay clear! I would expect the limited number of positive reviews to be written by their staff and relations.

Spent 400 Euro for tickets Barcelona v Villareal. Website advertised wrong date for match which resulted in us spending a fortune on flights and hotel for a match we had no chance of seeing. Company claims they sent an email re "change of date" which is nonsense as I did not receive anything despite constantly checking for arrival of tickets. In any event the date of fixture is set at beginning of season and did not change 3 weeks prior as claimed. Horrible experience. Don't deal with this company!
