Jury still out

Unfortunately I believe the setting I need for my B-PAP is strong enough to blow past the nasal pads, I have not tried to sleep with the mask, and I will do so this weekend, but my initial fitting would suggest a poor result: blow-by, whistling, needing to over tighten the straps to try and prevent the resulting problems. I will let you know how it goes.

Above and beyond!

Easy Breath went above and beyond with my order. I had been looking everywhere for the FitLife total face mask and found it with them. I explained the urgency and asked to have the order ready as soon as possible, as my aunt was in critical condition due to Covid. They listen to my urgency and provided me options on how soon I can receive the order. I was so glad and relived of all the help and getting the mask promptly. I was emotional and grateful for addressing my urgency. Thank you so so much, it really meant a lot for me and my family!

The people I dealt with are knoweledgable and helpful and I didn't have to tell them my info they pulled it off my ph number I've been doing business with this company since 2014 great people.

I ordered a product from Easybreathe and understood I would have to wait for a later ship date. A day after that ship date I called to check the status only to be told it would take significantly more time before it ships. No one ever sent me an email on the status, I had to chase them only to not receive the product while they had my money tied up for 1 1/2 months. To top it off they used the lame excuse "because of the current virus situation" when I already waited a month and a half.

Poor customer Service

I recently purchased a ResMed N30 mask for $169 and found the climate line on my machine was to big in diameter to fit the mask elbow. I emailed easybreathe twice, and got no response. I talked to a customer service rep on line to see if they had a connector to go between the climate line and the mask. I was told to send a picture, which I did. This was the first non response. I then talked to a rep on the phone and explained again the issue and was told again to send a picture of the connection, which I did and no response. Very poor service! I did check with another company and found a part that will work, and the same mask for $30 less. I did not purchase the return insurance for $25 and do not want $169 store credit from this company so I ate the $169. The price for not shopping around.

The initial ad price was totally misleading for the CPAP battery. Then original salesperson described that CPAP machine battery would last one night, but it only lasted 5 hours.

I called back and spoke to another salesperson and was told I needed to pay an additional $20 to buy a humidifier bypass cover to make the battery last all night. I already spent over $400 just for the battery and car charger. Then I was told if I wanted to return the item I do not get a refund, only get store credit.

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone for anything, NOT at all a satisfied customer.

False Advertising

I received an email from easybreathe.com. Save $100 using code "DREAMFULL". I changed my immediate plans to order this product. After spending all of the time to make sure it was correct... I went to pay. Guess what! No area for code entry at the checkout. My wife double checked and ensured that I wasn't missing it. Nope! Bad karma easybreathe and a waste of my morning. I am not only leaving a 1 star review (because 0 isn't an option). I am also unsubscribing to your emails. I can only assume that your business plan is to get people to just make the order and give up on the $100 off you advertised.

Poor Customer Service
October 21, 2019

Placed a order with easy breathe and after 24hrs of taking my money send an email saying there is a problem with insurance. So I call to find out way. Ok I understand and tell them I'm going to call insurance company to clear it up and I'll call back.
I corrected the error and call back only for a customer service person not to know what I was talking about. Just that I he can't send me what I ordered. Ok I explain that the issue has been corrected and give him authorization number. He wasn't listening to me and just trying to sell me me other things. I ask for a supervisor so I can explain that what ever this guy was reading off of was corrected. Since he clearly wasn't listening to me. Nor did he want to he only wanted me to buy something. So he tells me a supervisor probably isn't available and goes back to a sales pitch. I already paid this company $320 a few days earlier. So at this point. No supervisor to talk to, a guy that clearly doesn't want to listen or has no clue about customer support I demand to have my money refunded and order canceled because this guy has me so frustrated that he is more interested in selling me something vs helping me with my order I placed already.

Starting to get the feeling this company is a scam at this point. But I'll wait to see I get my refunded money.

What can I say, i had a great experence with easy breathe! Chad was funny and helpful on the phone and he helped me find the right mask after mine kept leaking. I won't go anywhere else for my CPAP problems now.

My review is more about customer service than the product. I contacted EB and explained that I had the results of my sleep study but needed a prescription. They never got back to me. I was diagnosed with OSA April 4,2019 and can't get into a pulmonologist until Oct 30,2019. It's just dangerous to be this exhausted and have to drive daily. I was willing to share my medical records, specifically the OSA results, but they never bothered to even return my email. Then I contacted them through their CHAT but they also never responded. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING POSITIVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY.

The BEST

For the last couple of months my husbands AirSense 10 was displaying a poor seal (sad face) and lower pressures although he required higher pressures. I can hear him having apneic events, gasps and snoring. Initially, I began changing out equipment piece by piece. With each order I have had the pleasure of speaking with many of the customer service representatives from Easy Breathe. They have not only been knowledgeable, but patient. Considering the technical world we live in with computer voices inadequately answering your questions leaving you with no resolutions to your issues, the people at EASY BREATHE take personal time with you -human to human- earnestly offering solutions to your issues.
I can name a few for whom I am grateful but I will spare them having their names being printed.
We were never able to resolve the faults with the machine so I purchased a different one. I was planning on sending my current machine back to ResMed as it is in Warranty. ResMed was zero help because they do not speak to patients about issues at all. EASYBREATHE was completely understanding throughout this agonizing process and to my surprise issued us a new machine. This type of exceptional business integrity is just not seen much today. When you buy your machine outright like we did, you are pretty much on your own if you have a problem. There's no respiratory therapy company to help support or trouble shoot problems. EASYBREATHE is there. OH... and they PRICE MATCH...
If you are looking for a CPAP company, EASYBREATHE IS THE BEST.!

Items missing in shipment
September 24, 2016

Two times I have ordered two nasal pillow masks. Both times only one of the two have arrived in the original shipment. Packing slip in both cases indicated 2 items shipped. Easybreathe quickly sent out the missing mask. They need to get their quality control improved in their shipping department. Shipping was quick but incomplete.

I ordered replacement c-pap headgear from this company, and received it in record time. Great customer service, and even received a call from a representative to make sure every thing was in order. Highly recommended company.
