I haven't used my c pap for over 2 years was using a dentist mouthpiece apnea "appliance" so i decided to go back to c pap Kevin guided me thru my (still functional pieces) and recommended new one TU Kevin
I have been able to sleep longer than before I got this new mask. It is much easier to use and wear.
Love the new machine along with new nasal cover pillows that are different from what I had been using, feels lot more better on the face.
I tried three different masks before I just went back and ordered my old nasal mask. I had a full face cushion but no headgear or mask. I didn't get the mask but did get a cushion. I currently go thru chin straps about every 30 days, and unfortunately they don't work that well as they slip during your sleep. Overall, I was satisfied with the good service from Alexis. He was very patient with during the whole process, If I had one thing to add, it would be to add Medicare as a primary insurer.
I just received delivery and used the product for the first time on 8/3. So far the product works as advertised, with one issue. The end of the heated hose that attaches to my mask does not properly fit on the connection inside the bag. It is a loose, non sealing connection. Is there a solution?
Just got it set up and works great. Very nice product easy to order the people are very nice and polite and walk you right thru the process, my device arrived within 1 week. The whole process was simple. I'll be doing business with breath easy a long time.

Seriously, I purchased nasal pillows with headgear... I got the Nasal Pillows with no headgear. Paying what I did, you'd think they could include a cheap elastic strap with the cheap plastic nasal pillows that I paid a mint for. I will search elsewhere for my C-PAP needs going forward.
I was surprised at the length of time it took to receive my order and I think the cost of the items was very high as well. I also thought it was strange that I recevied an e-mail the day AFTER I ordered to get a discount on ANOTHER order! I don't expect to need to duplicate this order for at least 6 months, so if you want to send a coupon for a future order that doesn't expire for a year, that would be welcome.

Had an issue with not getting my order. Seems I had a prior past due balance. No one contacted me. They just did not ship my order. After I called 3 times, someone figured it out. Then the order came lightning fast. Just wish communication had been better.
Happy with EasyBreathe other than this incident
First night using the AirSense 10 CPaP and it was fantastic! It was so quiet that my wife asked if it was turned on. The assembly was a little frustrating because I purchased an adaptive piece for my SoClean unit and it did not come with a gasket. When I initially turned the unit on to test, water went everywhere. I pulled the gasket off the other shell and fixed the issue.
When selling the adaptive piece to the SoClean unit a gasket should be included, or at least the option to purchase an additional gasket. Why? Having a gasket for each shell makes it easier when traveling so I do not have to disassemble the SoClean setup. Again, it is probably less than $10 and should at least be an option when purchasing the adaptive piece.
I tried and tried to get the mask to fit properly with no luck. The mouth piece keeps blowing out and make a noise the keeps you awake. The nasal posts never fit well either. They kept collapsing then would leak. I've tried a lot of masks, but the last two that I've tried, I was not impressed. It may be my head configuration, but this company is very good at working with people to help with suggestions for a better product, and the return policy is very much appreciated.

Getting my order took a little more time than expected but in a time of covid not all that suprising. Everything on order came individually packaged. I had a hard time finding a clap supplier that worked with my medical insurance.
Love the machine, but case is such a disappointment for carry it. You have to place all the attachments in separate bag to take with you. Such a let down for the price $32.

The nosepiece is an interesting design. It required multiple adjustments as everything BEGAN to fit. The nose piece fits so close that it actually holds heat from the face, and the air is actually heated before it gets into the nostrils; it requires a bit of getting used to. Its a bit difficult getting the now piece properly into the nostrils, but that may just be because things are still adjusting to a proper fit. Once it's set it stays put, at least for a while.
It took a very long time to receive my new mask and when I did get it it does not fit properly. I ordered a large and the package says large but it does not fit as well as the large masks that I have had in the past. I think I will have to find another source.

I contacted easyBreathe today regarding the need to return the product as it was not large enough. I learned that you have no replacement that will correct the situation. I was told I would receive a shipping label and a full refund. I have not received the label

Don't let my rating scare you away from trying this. This is the fifth CPAP I've tried and had to tape my mouth shut to use it. It is the least uncomfortable with the straps than any of the other that caused TMJ but my sinuses did terrible with the air pressure delivered in this way. I also got my lowest score for adjusting the mask and for leaking (which I must have done in my sleep). It seemed to leak least than any of the other masks but with moving around, I must have had to adjust the nose piece. I wish it would have worked because it is very lightweight and doesn't leave lines on my face like all the other masks or make my face look all puffy for half of the day after waking. Since I am very sensitive, the nose piece couldn't be adjusted any tighter without discomfort and the tape was starting to cause skin problems. Tighening probably would have solved the leaking problem. It is a great product but just not for me.
Good Salesman pitch, but sold inadequate equipment. The mask selected was not equivalent of the original gel mask.

Due to a nasal blockage I have needed to change to a full face mask. With Covid I could not get into a sleep study to get this. I was able to get a mask that fits, is comfortable, and arrived in a timely matter. Very happy with this site and my purchase.

Answer: Not sure how others pay or ripped off... but my payment was US dollars that I worked overtime for,,, just to send it to them for Nothing in return!
Answer: They Successfully ripped me off and Never sent my product after making promises that none was Kept!
