East Essence dresses are a testimony and a pure benchmark to how stitching and dressing for the men of Islam should be. Order something from them, and believe what I say. Disappointment won't be an option for you, that's for sure.

East Essence has become the go-to shopping destination for me because I usually shop a lot and try around on a lot of websites. Trust me when I say this, they've got a range of excellent designs that you can't ignore at all. Try EE out!

On this website, you never feel like being robbed or something even on the lines of not getting the best value for your money. Other than that, the best thing about this marketplace is that everything is simple to find, and they're very sure of what they're offering.

I ordered an item and after i got it, it didnt match the description. I emailed them and let them know and i asked for a pre-paid return label. They offered a $10 refund if i just keep the item. I agreed. The refund never came. I asked where it was and they lied and said they "couldnt" refund to paypal (i paid with paypal, so thats a lie) and gave me store credit instead! (trying to force me to spend more money at their store!) i said that isnt what we agreed to. I filed a claim with paypal, and east essence said to return the item.they knew we had already agreed i would keep the item so they knew i had to remove the tags and i wouldnt be able to return it or get the refund if the tags were removed. They are such corrupt scam artists, the items dont match the descritptions and they lie and steal. I would never do business with such people again!

I bought a pair of swimming pants that were unfortunately too big for me. They were 77$. I sent them back at my own expense - I paid 25$ in s&h. They only refunded me back 30$. I lost 72$ for pants I sent back/couldn't wear. They said they don't refund the "extra material fee" on the pants and the s&h which was 12.99$ each. It's a rip off and they do not honor the customer. I won't be shopping with them again.

I was looking for the modest white outfit forthe retreat and made a purchase on eastessence. But had my doubts about that online store so went search for the reviews and found bad reviews here. So was expecting do not get my order, or get late, or get very poor quality.
Ha! I've got my order just in one week! Quality is good! And very pleased with my purchase!

Abaya arrived very late when I already left for Umrah.
I did not open package yet, as no need. Unable to return as shipped from India via DHL.

I was so disappointed in the dresses I bought from them, the fabrics are so flimsy and cheap, one of them tore the second time I wore it. Their sales are so fake because the clothes are not even worth the sales price.

Don't let their website fool you. This business takes your money and then argues afterwards about shipment delays, etc. The worst online experience I have ever had. A woman called Uzma Mubarak is a terrible, timewasting employee. She gives customers the run-around for weeks on end over order issues that can probably be resolved immediately. Even a request to be served by a manager at this company is never honoured by these people. Their awful service coupled with charges for India made clothes (sold at US prices) tells you a lot about their business antics. They are only in business to take people's money, not to issue refunds for their faults. A lawsuit would really teach them a very good lesson about customer service in the US.

I ordered a burkini because I had ordered from East Essence a few years back and had a good experience. After the order I saw these low reviews and complaints about clothes being too small, fabric quality terrible off the marketplace or shipment taking over a month, so I braced myself foe the worst.
Thankfully I was able to stay on top of the shipment through the DHL 800 number. It showed up pretty quickly. I didn't order this off the marketplace or wherever the fabric is thin, so the fabric seems to be good standard fabric for swimming. I had ordered a size up because I've had so many things show up too small, especially from Asian standards. This was true to the size chart. I even wish I hadn't ordered one size up.
Everything worked out well. It was shipped from India which was surprising since there used to be an office in California. I got it less than two weeks after the day I placed the order, so that worked out well.
Maybe it depends on what is ordered, or maybe standards have changed. I will order another burkini in the future. I had far better results than I'd had on some other order sites.

Cheap imitation thobes made in India. My order was drop shipped from India. You will not be able to see how cheap material is in pic and how cheap the stitching is. It says cotton but who knows what type of cotton it is. Very cheap. These are not traditional thobes. It's a spin off on thobes by Indians.

East essence takes your money!
They don't send out stuff in time even though I ordered express shipping and paid extra! Finally after a month of waiting they send the items. And it's horrible material. And they don't refund anything even though they say they will.
