First of all we just got our order in the mail and one of the t-shirts has a stain on it.

And... we thought our T-shirts were going to be darker. We ordered the darker grey not the light grey. There was a dark grey and a light grey option we did NOT want the light grey. We chose the dark grey. Its not the T-shirts we thought we were getting. The picture of the darker grey and the tank we ordered looked very different online - very obvious color difference (one light and one dark or charcoal) Now, we got them and they are the same. We are also disappointed in the T-shirt itself. The picture looked like one of the soft t-shirts and the ones we received are not. The tank top we got is also not as pictured either. The one we received has pleats on the back and that is not what was pictured. So, unfortunately we are pretty disappointed in the products we received especially for the price we paid.

I accidentally ordered 2 sweatshirts instead of 1. I immediately went to the website to cancel one of the orders. The only form of communication was through email. I received a return email stating that this address was not accepting messages. It referred me to a different link that sent me to another link and so on. It also said that I could live chat by pressing the icon provided. There was no live chat. After reading other reviews I'm very concerned that I just spent over $70 for 2 very low quality sweatshirts. This is very upsetting to me.

I just can't see anyone else purchase horrible quality items especially from a company who doesn't stand by their products. I purchased two shirts One is a woman's tank and one is a men's T-shirt. Both look like they could be purchased on a street corner. When I reached out to the company I was told that their items are custom so there is nothing they will do about the QUALITY of their items. DO NOT BUY from here especially if it's for a gift. I would be embarrassed to give this to someone.

Do NOT buy from this company. Nothing on their site is legit, everything is printed on and the prints are TERRIBLE QUALITY. They don't match in size, color and are crooked and coming off before they even get mailed to your home. Customer service offers no refunds, exchanges or credit (not that you would ever use it.) You're just offered a re-print of the same $#*!ty design on the same $#*!ty quality item you got in the first place. And they know its a SCAM.

I ordered three mugs as gifts. Cost was $60 plus $12 shipping (ridiculous to start). When they arrived, the quality was terrible: a very grainy, poor-quality photo had been used in the design, and the white text was nearly invisible against he light-colored photo. In other words, it's a graphic-design issue, NOT a printing issue. I have explained this. I sent them photos and asked for a refund. They told me all they could offer was a "reprint" (of mugs?? Seriously? Reprinting a tee makes sense at least - mugs are a production run). Still refused my repeated requests for a refund (meanwhile, 2 ADDITIONAL mugs have mysteriously shown up in the mail - now I have 5 mugs to throw out. I don't think they're very well organized). Today, I got an email informing me that yay! They are going to send me THREE MORE MUGS! I've told them I don't WANT more mugs, I just want a refund. I've told them I am opening a payment dispute with Paypal, contacting the BBB, and sharing my experience far and wide on social media. I'm not optimistic I will ever see my $72 again. For the love of God, don't do business with this company.

They do not proof read thier work or care about the craftsmanship. Since they are pricey I would expect better and on top of that they sent me the wrong size. They said send an email but its only a generic computer response. Since they dont care to me help me after they took my money Im not going to do business with them ever again and want to warn others as well. Its sad caus the design was cute but has a flaw and they dont care!
