I was billed twice for the same shirt. I mailed one back and they refused my refund. They said it was a discount order. The discount was combined shipping. Scam!

Absolutely awful company. Late delivery on a birthday present for my husband - and they sent the "FATHOR" shirt... in women's Large. Also insanely small. When I contacted customer service, they asked for photo proof of the problem, which I provided. No exchange, no refund, just "no approved," and "the item matches the campaign." A ladies' cut for a father shirt matches? And the only thing I can do with it is throw it out. They must not count on repeat business much.

Their sizing offered is way smaller than standard sizing. The 2X womens tee shirt I ordered is really a medium everywhere else. They only offered to exchange the tee for a 3X and wouldn't exchange for a larger Mens size tee shirt, nor give a refund.
I'm a XL but like bigger sizes. I know a 3X they're offering still won't fit. They keep sending me the same form emails ( 6 now) but each time a diff rep. What a JOKE.
Quality of the shirt is also sub-par. I am disputing this purchase with my Credit card company.
My experience was without any problem. In fact, everything is perfect- it took only 2 weeks to be delivered to LV, and the T-shirt fits perfectly.
There also seems to be no problem with the printing at all.

Ordered a shirt that looked nothing like what they advertised. Quality and fit were terrible. I asked to return the shirt for a refund but they avoided addressing my request. You can only contact customer service through email, making it a nightmare to get a straight answer. Complete waste of time and money, not worth the aggravation!

Refuses to let you cancel an order no matter how soon you request it, then also refuses to give you a return no matter what the problem is. 20/10 would not recommend this company.
Just reported them to the Better Business Bureau. The fact they do not have a return policy for their cheap, un-wearable products smacks of fraud. I want my money back! Do not buy from them.
If you do make the mistake of buying from this company, do report them to the BBB. The BBB was able to get me a refund after the company refused.
Shirt wording was misspelled. Response was that it was spelled that way in the picture therefore they will not refund or replace. Going full blown social media on this one!
Ordered a shirt on Dec 7, received a order confirmation that my order would ship in 5 to 10 day. Emailed them on Dec 18 was told order was being processed, tried to cancel they No because order was processed. I explained that the order was to have already shipped. They didnt respond. Emailed again today Dec 24, still "in process. What a JOKE... be very careful when ordering anything from Dzeetee.
After spending 15 minutes chatting online I was told I could not alter my order. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and was told someone would email me. I emailed my issues and after about 5 hours received a reply that my order had been cancelled and I was issued a full refund. I am very relived this company did the right thing. Especially after reading these negative reviews.
Ordered in June and never received my shirts. Since July I kept emailing and first they told me to wait and now they tell me that "it's too late for a refund- unfortunately we can't help you". They don't answer PayPal requests. Don't buy from them!
I ordered 2 razor back shirts with labs on it, very cute in the pic and looked to be good quality. I was wrong. The mediums I ordered were small at best. I asked to return them and I kept getting the same scripted emails back. I couldnt call them and talk to a supervisor and they dont take returns. The shirts were $30 each. They eventually wore me down and I ordered large. Well, i got those yesterday and they are not much larger than the first order. They must be kid sizes. They said to just donate the other shirts. I now have 4 shirts I cant wear. I will NEVER order from this company again. Live and learn but I hope to save someone else from having to deal with my issues!
Just received my order & I couldn't be happier with both service and the tee shirt. After I placed my order, I read awful reviews so I was really concerned but it was delivered when promised, easy to track & the shirt quality is great. I'm a happy camper!
I ordered a tank top specifically for the 4th of July on June 16th I emailed for status on 6/25 and was told it was being processed. When I emailed again to find out if I would have it time for the holiday I was told it would be shipped by July 3rd. I then requested to cancel my order and was told I could not because it was being printed I find it hard to believe that a company who advertised on Face Book was printing individual shirts for a holiday! Last time I checked my order status, eta is July 5th! What a rip off!
I ordered two t-shirts in April 2018. In May I reached back out because I still didn't have t-shirts. They refunded 1/2 my money and said the t-shirts would ship within the week. By the middle of June almost three weeks later I still didn't have the t-shirts. I inquired again, they said that the t-shirts were in process. What a scam. The only reason they get one star is that they did give me a full refund
It was not what I ordered! I expected a dark grey, fitted, soft, modern material shirt with cool graphics... just like the photo I saw advertised on Instagram. That is not what I got. At all. I received a light gray, rough, generic, huge, Field Day type Hanes t-shirt with elementary graphics. Horrible & very cheap looking. Again, not at all like the photo that was advertised! I tried contacting them & they appear to be helpful but that "help" doesn't produce any action. They did direct me to "File a Claim" & then closed the conversation (after waiting for 10 minutes for them to reply). I tried filing a claim, tried sending the photos that they require, but it wouldn't allow me to click on the "Claim" button so that didn't go anywhere. Tried several times. There doesn't seem to be a return or exchange option so I'm stuck with an ugly shirt, nothing like what was advertised, & $30 short. Annoying. Stay away from these guys!
