I ordered the wrong size hoodie by mistake. When I received it I got frustrated as I couldn't understand what could have gone wrong. I emailed customer support and they explained the whole thing in a very courteous way. Not just that they also ordered a replacement for me. I received the correct size today, it's a perfect fit and very comfortable. I'll order again for sure. Thanks

I am a repeat customer. They have an excellent customer service, they quickly ractified my issues on two occassions in the past. My latest order was a tshirt and a poster for my son. They came out very nice, he loves them. That says it all I guess.

They never delivered my item and refuse to give me my money back. It's a total scam of a company. They have an 833 number that charges you to call them, and they don't even have customer service agents to speak with. They'll only speak with you through email so they can minimize contact after taking your money. Total scam.

Stay away from this company! I have been trying for a week to get a response to why I can't get a refund. They replying with the same exact message (from different people) saying they are unable to offer refunds (website says they will) do you the fact that everything is "printed on-demand". However, they are more than happy to reprint and send you another poster at no charge... how does this make sense?!?! I do not want the poster, I want my money back!

Dogs That Was Me The End

Which had been advertised on Facebook.
Instead I, eventually, received an A4 photocopy of a Mulen Poster.
I am frustrated with how hard it is proving to be to engage with this company to seek either the item I ordered be sent or a refund. It would appear they have automated reply e-mails set up with same info re claims etc etc.
Based on my experience with them I would advise against ordering from Dzeetee

Utterly disgusting company. I placed an order in mid May - still waiting for it in mid July (despite being told at point of sale that despatch was 3-6 days). The price was advertised to me at the checkout in GBP. First I knew they'd charged me in USD was when I got a charge from the bank for a non-GBP transaction. Tried chasing numerous times - they never got back to me.

Finally got my money back from the card company and then Dzeetee decide to get in touch... Claiming they had 'just sent it' (6 weeks after the order), that they couldn't refund me (because it had been printed to order) and that they would reprint it if the first hadn't arrived (totally negating their reason for not refunding). Couldn't even get their story straight. 'Customer service' was non-existent - they just copied and pasted that they 'couldn't give refunds' & refused to answer any questions.

Save yourself a lot of hassle and don't touch these scam artists with a ten foot barge pole.

You can only reach submit requests through email in which you'll get an automated response without any actual help. I ordered a shirt from them, it's been over a month and is still "printing." Total waste of money.

I placed my order back in May. I was told 5-20 business days. Okay... It's been at least 25+ business days and no updates. My order still hasn't shipped. Even stuff I bought from China has made it here quicker--that's saying something. You've been warned!

I order a shirt from this website in the beginning of May, I totally forgot I even order it until I got an email on july 1st saying that they just shipped it. This company is insanely slow. I don't even know what the shirt looks like yet but I probably won't get it for another 2 months.

I ordered over 3 weeks ago for father's day and it never came. Always giving me different dates for shipping and it never ships. I tried to cancel but they won't because it's been "printing" for 3 weeks. Just don't use them. They steal your money.

I ordered a poster and when I placed my order it had charged me for two items instead of just the one I ordered. I reached out to them right away (an hour and a half after placing my order and receiving an email confirmation). They proceeded to tell me that there was nothing they could do. Long story short, I filed numerous claims, their site does not allow you to enter anything other than what they provide you as options. Their customer service number doesn't give you the option to talk to anyone nor does it give you any options except to track your order or check the status, if I remember correctly. They did finally promise me a refund but have not done anything to make that happen and when I follow up with them today, they tell me there is nothing they can do besides send me new ones. I am entirely fed up with this company! Do not order from them EVER. Customer service sucks and they only communicate via email and 99.99 % of the time it's contradicting and extremely inflexible as well as making no sense at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT ORDER from this company. My print arrived after 3 weeks totally pixelated. They've obviously used a low resolution file on a large print.
They have offered a reprint but won't answer my question as to whether it will be from a high resolution file this time, I have sent over 10 emails to them now.
I have requested a refund and they have refused despite their company policy stating refunds will be provided for "flawed" goods. They won't tell me why I can't have a refund, I just receive automated responses. I've now raised a claim through my Barclaycard.
There is a Facebook page "Dzeetee lovers" there are loads of negative comments about the company on there. I wish I'd had the sense to do some research first before ordering
