I had ordered 2 dvds from this site and emailed them several times and they dont respond to me at all. They said my order would be here in the united states where i live within 5-10 business days. On their website it says 7 business days. When i emailed them the first time around they said it doesnt include saturdays or sundays. Well we do get mail on saturdays. I have no idea what they are talking about. I understand no mail on sundays but really now? I have been asking them several times and they said they cannot go any faster on my shipping. This is crazy. I would avoid them if i were you guys. We all have to get together and make a petition and somehow shut down this website before anyone else gets duped. Whos with me? We have to do this. Not kidding. I want my money back and im sure alot of people out there want it too who have gotten the same treatment.

I bought a DVD set I couldn't find elsewhere. They said it would play on any DVD player in the world, but lo and behold it doesn't work on mine (a PS3, which they also said would work). I contact them several times over several weeks about it, and I hear nothing back.

I think it's one of those companies that are in it to make a quick buck by selling inferior products and providing crappy service, then disappearing when a critical mass is reached. I'd avoid them

Stay away from this website. My son really wanted a box set of a cartoon from his childhood. I found it on this website and ordered. After it said processing for 2 days, I emailed the company to check on my order. 4 days and 2 emails later they said they have a problem with my credit card (not possible!) and asked if they could send me a Google invoice. I said fine and ended up getting the Google invoice but in UK pounds and I live in the U.S. I contacted the company and asked for an invoice in US$ and they said I would get one mid-week. That was almost 2 wks and many emails ago and I have not heard on word from this company. They don't answer any of my emails! The whole website is a scam and now I am left with checking my credit card account constantly to make sure it has not been used.
