I purchased a pair of shoes. Great for about 1 year. Purchased a second pair. At about one years, the stitching on the first pair started to unravel. At about 1 year of pair #2, the stitching in same area came apart. I'm an office guy so were not working them hard - they just fall apart at about 12 months...

I have enjoyed shopping online at Duluth for 20 years. The reason I shopped is because of the quality merchandise and the NO BULL guarantee - just in case something went wrong. For Christmas I purchased a Dog Armor Hammer toy for a gift. The advertising states "Durable Chew Toy" and "built to last" and "designed to protect WW II soldiers from bomb fragments, bullets and sharp projectiles". "Sure to last well through the end of playtime". Imagine my surprise when my 45 lb mutt broke the tip off in less than a minute while playing tug with me. I asked for a refund and I was refused - twice. I was told they do not cover damage by Fluffy and Scuffy. I was told the toy was not meant to be played with by the dog.

They refused my refund of $10 but express delivered the item back to me. So I talked to 5 people, plus the warehouse guy packed it to ship back and they spent money to ship back - all because they refused to give me $10. I dare say the employee effort and shipping cost more than $10.

The item arrived back today. It is spanking clean and brand new looking, Looks like a dog never touched it - except the tip is missing - just like I said to them when I returned it.

I finally got a sane person on the phone after 4 phone calls, who refunded my $10. A year ago, I would have told you that Duluth would never treat a good customer like this. I buy for 6 people - its a lot of purchases. Not anymore.

Point to be taken - don't buy a dog toy and let the dog play with it - for even a minute. Just show it to the dog periodically and mark it down as "playtime".

I bought a leather belt about 10 years ago. It's clearly printed on the backside as Lifetime Guaranteed.
I'm still alive. It's my mistake that I would actually live longer than the belt... and the B. S. guarantee.

I purchased two box sets of Christmas underwear one men's one Womens each containing three pair the underwear that are made in Vietnam - they feel like sandpaper the trimming is even worse feeling like hard plastic this is not what I expected for $30 a pair oh and then when you contact them you must pay to send them back this is total crap not made in the USA shame on me for not reading the reviews because most of them say the same thing these are total garbage the first impression of your company I will share this with everyone and every site I know! Total garbage you should be ashamed for false advertising they are not soft they are not anything that you claim they are total trash not even wearable I want my $90 back I am not paying to send you your trash back you can send me a prepaid envelope and I will post my opinion on every site I can find this is a total rip off I work hard for my money as to all Americans you buy your fabric from a sweatshop in Vietnam for pennies on the dollar and then charge Americans $30 a pair you should totally be ashamed of yourselves I hope everyone stops buying from you and supports US only companies

First order (and last). Did not receive tracking info, and the order did not show in my account history. I had to enter a chat session to get the tracking information. Since I didn't get any updates, I was unable to ask my neighbor to grab the package while I was away, and it was stolen. (While I didn't get the tracking / shipping confirmation email, I DID get 12 marketing emails in the week following my first order.)

In their defense, they offered to replace it right away. Unfortunately, one of the items in the replacement package was the wrong item. They sent me a UPS return label for the incorrect item as a response to my inquiry about that, before offering any other ideas. They also said they'd send me a refund. The refund has not arrived some 3 weeks later.

I was **REALLY** excited to shop with Duluth, since so many of their brands and their alleged ethos align very closely with my hobbies and lifestyle. It's too bad. The whole experience has been nothing but problems from the get go, and in an age where shopping online has eclipsed retail shopping, and seems only to get easier and easier, this is a pretty strong example of it not working at all.

99% of all my clothes come from Duluth. Why not 100%? Grandma still buys me socks for Christmas. That's why

I paid 58.57 for 3 pair of these Inferior made underwear. I wore them each once. One pair had a big hole (not on a seam)after laundering. They refused to do anything saying it was "wear and tear"! Another bad product Made in China!

I purchased a coat online that went on sale before it was shipped out. I emailed customer service requesting an adjustment but received no response. I called today and was told they don't make adjustments if it goes on sale after purchase. The girl was rude and insisted my order date was 1/7 but it clearly said date ordered 1/8. Most stores will do price adjustments in these type cases but not Duluth. Very disappointed. Received the coat and so far, though, it appears to be good quality.

Don't trust their online ordering process - lacks accurate inventory and they don't offer reasonable solutions for their deceptive website

Don't ever buy a lunch bob from Duluth trading store. 80.00 and last 14 months and there no warranty even there ad say no bull there full of it never get a penny from me again

Their Men's Bison Leather Driving Moccasins are of good hide but poor design. The toe pocket narrows too quickly to give a pointed toe look which is uncomfortable for the toes. The pocket is also cramped vertically which cause my nails to dig into the leather. They advertise them as being wide but the moccasins definitely run narrow and there is no choice for EE or EEE.

I had placed an order. When I got home my package was in shreds! I found the pants (although torn). I called and explained that the delivery people didn't go by my request as to where to out the package. Also it was a gift (in less than a week). Today I came home and had a new pair! Thank you for saving my Christmas present! You made my day!

The Women's Can-Do Canvas coat fits perfectly, has plenty of easy to use pockets, an inner drawstring to tighten the waist.
The hood sits well with excellent coverage.
But the dye from this coat rubbed off on the seats of my car.
I submitted photos per Customer Care showing the damage, and cleaned the upholstery as instructed.
After cleaning, the dye remained and Customer Care said they recommend all clothing be washed prior to wearing therefore they would not offer any reimbursement or refund.
I was not aware of this policy and asked them to show me where such information was provided.
Have not heard back from them.
I suppose it's a good thing I didn't sit on a $4,000 couch!

I used to like this company. Lately, I've given it thought, and decided to never purchase from them again. A few problems.
1. If you order by a certain date, your item will be guaranteed to be delivered byChristmas. I ordered 5 days before the "final day to be shipped by Christmas"
2. I accidentally put the wrong address (fat finger hit one wrong number). When you call, they are unable to edit your address or make changes. This means my item will be delivered to the wrong house (hoping after speaking to the neighbor and telling them the item is being shipped there on accident, they will deliver to me in all honesty) this leaves me to my last complaint.
3. I ordered the same item again, with the correct address. If the neighbor gives me my package, it will be returned. I received an email saying product is backorder which means I WILL NOT get my item in time for Christmas (which was the whole reason I purchased from duluth) I then got another email today 2 days later- stating my first order is also back ordered. This tells me they do not process items in order. My 1st order should have been taken care of before my 2nd.
The company should give some kind of coupon to redeemed at a later date. I had free shipping plus 25% off (which was their promotion) I wish they would give me at least that promotion to use at a later date. Instead they just leave you hanging. I was super excited to gift a pair of jeans to my husband that he has been wanting for a long time... and can now fit after a 110 pound weight loss. STUPID duluth ruined that for me. Merry Christmas to you too duluth.

My wife ordered my Christmas gift on line (underwear) and then the very next morning i received an add via email showing the item on sale ($4 a pair cheaper) I showed my wife so she contacted them and they said "sorry for your luck" you can place a new order and then return the high priced order once it arrives. The 1st order has not even shipped yet.

I buy my clothes from either LL Bean, Lands End, and Deluth. I have been buying exclusively from Deluth the past few years and you can't beat the quality of Deluth. They last years, and years. The fit is right on. Christmas shopping was so easy. I don't shop in stores anymore. I find what I want at Deluth. Yes, they cost more but are well worth the price. I am a mature women and the clothes fit me so well and keep me feeling young, Barbara from Western Massachusetts

Bought three pairs of jeans from them and two of three had the crotch blow out within three months. Tried to get them replaced and was turned away. Over priced jeans with a diamond stitch gimmick built to fail. They don't stand behind their no bull warranty at all. Avoid this company at all cost.

I have purchased the same pair of pants multiple times over the years at both retail locations and online. I have worn many of them until the bottoms are all frayed. The are a more expensive option than equivalent brands but I have been pleased in the past. Instead of contacting me to tell me the item that I ordered that was in stock when I placed the order- was no longer in stock and discontinued. The just cut corners to get the order out the door whether it was correct or not. It has gone from what I considered a top notch company, but now downgraded to a Buyer Beware! They no longer stand by their commitment to their customer and don't care about the consumer. I posted this same review on their website but conveniently it did not get posted -- so the reviews the do have on their website are probably fake.

I have been a loyal customer for several years. After speaking with customer NO service this morning over some defective Duluth underwear with bad waist bands. I was told no receipt bought six plus months ago (i dont keep receipts that long). WE CAN'T HELP YOU. Hope Duluth Trading can understand i cannot no longer help or support your products that you do not back-up.
