Paramus NJ store on 3 separate days & times. All 3 times the store was a disaster. Piles of shoes, boots, & boxes all over the aisles. Each time I found a shoe I wanted to purchase but either there was only 1 shoe or I couldn't even dig through the piles to find anything. Each time I asked an employee for help finding something I was told to check on-line. If I wanted to go on line don't you think I would have done that! I'm about ready to cut my rewards card up since I can never take advantage of it anyway.
Waited and waited - received emails stating items getting ready to ship - 5 days later I received an email stating they do not have the item. Could of ordered elsewhere and had by the time they emailed me. To many places can delivery working 3 days and actually have the items they offer
I placed a large order with DSW of about $400, and my package was stolen/lost and never arrived. When I contacted customer service they told me to contact my bank, which makes no sense to me. I told them that didn't make sense, so they then told me to contact FedEx. Now I have to file a dispute and HOPE that I'll be reimbursed for this stolen/lost package. I will NEVER order with DSW or shop there again.
Today i went to DSW and Megan helped me with my purchase and information that I needed as a member and a customer. Megan definitely went out of her way to make me happy. Thank You Megan Garcia for giving me excellent customer service.
The shipment date had changed numerously, taking well over the amount of time it should to be delivered. I still have not received my items.
So I got a coupon for $20 off. Why does it always have to be a certain amount for me to use them. Shoot these shoes are high and of good quality, but if you're going to give off, just give the coupon with no required spending amount. Your company not loosing a dime. Just bless folk with $20 for their birthday or VIP!
So I've order from dsw.com several times, very happy with the products and service except for the fact that last time I ordered from them my order was shipped to the wrong address (previous address) even when I changed it so many times, when I called customer service (they mention this is something the app does automatically because it was set as my primary address) they helped me updating my address even tho I could not get my shoes and a free promo, they reimbursed the money. Love their customer service but hate the app!
I ordered sneakers over 2.5 weeks ago online! The tracking date said they would be here by this past Thursday! It changed to Friday, then Saturday, then now all it says is "on its way" for 2 days now! Don't order shoes online if you don't want to wait 3 weeks to get them! Standard shipping said 4-8 days! Not 14-18! Jeez! Still no shoes!

I believe they are having financial problems and don't want to credit your account back as quickly as they withdraw the funds. I ordered two pairs of shoes for $100.62 and immediately decided I wanted to cancel. I contacted them, they hadn't even started to process the order or ship anything. They cancelled the order and a week later and two more contacts to them, I still don't have the money credited back to my account... There is no excuse for this when banking is all digital and in real time. Maybe a day for the electronic funds to transfer, it's been aweek. They will NOT REFUND MY MONEY AND I HAVE NO SHOES... I told them I would call the BBB and file a complaint, didn't phase them. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. Buy your shoes anywhere but here. You can find nice shoes at good prices - maybe even better prices at MACY's or other reputable companies.
I reached out to them for three days about not wanting an exchange order to be placed, and to not charge my account. They assured me several times that I would not be recharged and that they would notify me before they would even think about charging me for anything. They lied, I got charged anyways without any warning and overdrafted. I spoke to Three different people and sent emails to make sure it wouldn't happen and it still did! The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Save your money and order from somewhere else because they overcharge anyways.
I swear sometimes the customer service I receive from live chat and email (excuse me, I mean "Shoephoria" as they call it) truly makes me think they are messing with me. Simple fixes turn into a 3 ring circus with a direct warp into a time suck of frustration and high blood pressure. Example: an item missing from my order that I was charged for should be a simple fix, nope! Missing points from my rewards should be simple to track, nope! Simple questions with a reference listed in their policies should be simple to explain, nope! Communication with these people is beyond frustrating. I'm considering closing my account and never spending my money there again after this merry go round of annoyance and idiocy they call customer service. At this point, I feel duped, I feel like they stole from me, and I feel like they are giving me the run around. I'll just have to go to the store to resolve this (since that's really convenient!) and hope for the best. While they do have great deals and a pretty decent selection, if anything goes wrong with your order, good luck chuck. I would rather pay more for the bare minimum decent customer service I can find anywhere else rather than take a deal and receive zero customer service at the utmost insulting level from people who clearly don't care or read for that matter.
I'm a totally DSW fan. I love there boots, sneakers and there shoe clearance is tremendous. I love DSW! It's my go to source for shoes.
I ordered 2 pair of shoes from DSW and unfortunately they got stolen from my front porch, and I got in touch with customer service and they were so helpful! They gave me the choice of a refund or re sending the shoes, and because 1 pair became out of stock, they ended up sending 1 pair and refunding the other. They were so helpful, efficient, quick to respond, and accommodating. I really appreciated it!
I got a completely different shoe than what I ordered. Now the shoes I wanted are out of stock! I hate DSW they're absolutely terrible

After you spend a long time looking for a pair of shoes, you expect to pay the price on the sticker and NOT be told that the store failed to change the sticker on the shoes when they changed the sticker on the box. The store would not honor the clearly visible lower price, which I find unacceptable.
I needed shoes for a wedding, and tried so many on, because I have a hammertoe.

I purchased 2 pair of sanders from DSW the maker is itialian made. Horrible horrible the shoes fell apart after one month. They refused to return the shoes to the manufacturer. And refused to help me. I was told it's not their problem. I'm no longer a customer

Answer: It is an automative system that tries to calculate the hold time based on how many calls have finished vs how many calls are coming in. It is annoying to be on hold for awhile but shoephoria! Center is the only call center in the nation, with a lot more shoe lovers calling in at once than the call representatives that are available
Answer: No, once they are out of stock online and in stores it means the manufacturer completely ran out of supply. There is always a chance it will be restocked, though!
