I never had bitter experience with any of the online stores before but dshop.com.au gave me one and i'm not buying from any online stores again.
Ordered stuff cane with bug damages, not even an instruction paper and guess what with not enough parts.
Asked them to send remaining parts, sent me an invoice of the shipping. Paid for it as i wanted the parts desperately and now at last tried to assemble everything and guess what happened the parts i received is all mixed up and there's more parts missing.
Please i humbly request you guys not to buy from this online store. Please be safe from all this hassles as we know prevention is better than cure.
I ordered a "large" lounge room rug that cost $137.00. When I received it was hardly big enough to wipe your feet on. With many emails back & forward and posting the "rug" back, finally received a refund weeks later. They kept telling me to open it but the package was so small (see pic with banana), I knew it wasn't what I paid for. I did not want to also have to repackage it at my cost. They would not pay the $27.50 for the registered mail to return it. Fair Trading advised that I should not be out of pocket for returning an item that was not what I paid for.
I also bought a vanity that looked as though it was damaged and re packaged. It ruined my daughters birthday surprise. I'm trying to get a refund, however they want me to dissemble the faulty product (we spent a long time putting together) and put it back in a box "I no longer have". In doing this they offer 50% refund!? I'll be going to consumer affairs if the solution is not met. I two wish I read the reviews before purchasing from this very dodgy company.
PS it's not worth 1 star rating, however I couldn't submit this without giving something.
My first experience here and was so regretting that i should have read reviews before i went away paying money to these people. Ordered a queen size fitted sheet and a blanket and when i receive the parcel, it comes out to be a baby size blanket and fitted sheet does not fit. Resolution i get is a resend.

Item we received was a clearly a previously returned damaged item, there was scratches over multiple panels, damage to lots of corners plus a hole has clearly been drilled and damaged. Then have had to fight to get a refund. Each email is from a different person and they keep asking the same questions. Last email blamed us for not excepting some replacement parts.
Will never recommend or buy from Dshop again.
Poor customer experience
I ordered a coffee table on the 8/12. I was advised because of a derailment this put the delivery back which I understand. Then a month further down the track I now keep been given lies. Australia Post advised they have never received the coffee table only a manifest after Australia Post advised this I was once again back on chat with them and they gave me a story that because of bad weather this was the hold up...lies... I have been on their chat line every day asking for a Manager to contact me which doesn't happen they just email me their ridiculous standard email. This is now a matter of principle I have paid for the item and they will not refund me or resend the table. Totally frustrating as there is no contact phone number they will not give me an answer. I feel I have been stolen from. This has been going on to long
Purchased a magnifying mirror that came with no instructions and broke within 24hrs. When I contacted customer service to request instructions, she wasted my time because she kept asking for a photo. I just wanted instructions, must have been classified! She gave me attitude and wasted a lengthy amount of my time. It was a $20 mirror, it should have been an automatic and easy resolve. Then when I wrote a bad review for the item they deleted it. Shady cheap Chinese rubbish with poor service! Also, I'm not sure I even got an invoice because I can't find it anywhere.
I was excited to receive the LED vanity. After the very long wait (1 month, in stock and same country?) I received a less than perfect box taped with sticky tape.
I opened the box and couldn't believe my eyes.
This was by far the worst thing I have ever received. The quality and craftsmanship is absolutely appalling. Gold thin aluminium like legs with a dodgy welding job, paint scuffs. The table top of the vanity had a big mark on it and also chipped. Every mdf panel was either dented or chipped. The mirror was cracked and poorly finished. The gold trims on the rest of the pieces were bright yellow, not gold.
Looks nothing like the picture online. I think I've been punked.

I should had come to read reviews before I placed an order. I ordered a heavy duty outside umbrella but received an umbrella with a light cross base which is even can't hold on firmly the umbrella! The ads is totally misleading.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
I HAD ISSUES WITH MY FIRST PURCHASE WITH DSHOP. BUT I THOUGHT ID TRY AGAIN. THEN I GET DELIVERED A DIRTY DEGRADING ITEM WITH A HOLE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CARTON THAT WAS JUST TAPED TO COVER IT. THE METAL PARTS WERE RUSTING, THE WOODEN PIECES CHIPPED AND HOLES WHERE SCREW ARE SUPPOSED TO GO IN LOOKED IF THEY WERE ALREADY USED. THE WHOLE ITEM WAS EITHER USED OR WAS ROTTING IN THE BOX IS WAS DELIVERED IN.
I THEN TRY TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMER SERIVICE AND IVE BEEN ASKED TO DO THEIR JOB. CLEARLY THEY DONT INVESTIGATE THE ISSUES AFTER SPEAKING TO THEM FOR THE FIRST TIME. THEY CONTINUE TO JUST PASS ME ALONG THINKING THINGS ARE GETTING RESOLVED WHICH CLEARLY HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED.
VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UNPROFESSIONAL. TWICE I'VE BOUGHT FROM THIS COMPANY AND TWICE I HAVE BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR QAULITY ITEMS.
I have received numerous emails from Thik yes this is his name …. Both bedside tables faulty one extremely bent like someone actually axed it. Both pieces of crap are covered in red dirt … they are still disputing change of mind policy versus damaged goods and now want more photos. Refused postage and refund.
I have now contacted AAAC who have said I am entitled to a full refund.
Purchased a rug from here recently, it arrived in 4 days which was pretty good. However upon opening it I realised it was nothing more than a piece of fabric, and nothing short of what you'd find in "the reject shop". It wasn't suitable for use as a rug, and it wouldn't lay flat because it's literally fabric and has no weight to it. I honestly wouldn't pay more than $5 for it if I had seen it in person, and I would've used it for a Halloween costume, not a rug. It sounds dramatic but you have to see it to believe it. I immediately contacted customer service to organise a return and refund, but they've been extremely difficult and taking me round in circles to answer the same questions on why I want to return it. Huge time waster and completely regret purchasing from them. I will never buy from this company again, and I will tell everyone I know not to purchase from here too. I still haven't been advised how to return the rug. If they continue to refuse to answer my question on how to return it, I'll end up giving it to my nieces to perhaps cut up and use in a school project or to make a costume. I can't express just how low quality it is that you could use scissors to cut it into pieces. Do not buy from here!
Bought two of the walking sticks with a led light in them both didn't work couldn't speak to anybody on the phone had to chat by messenger don't go near this company their products are $#*! make a jump through hoops to return anything not happy with the customer service at all
Do yourself a favour and don't purchase from this store. Department of fair trading are reviewing dshop at the moment. My experience was a nightmare with bad service, terrible quality, false advertising and very bad return policy.
Terrible service was sent a faulty item arranged to send back takes two weeks for a response to email them another week for an answer. No courier turned up to collect item waiting another week to get an answer as to why etc. been a month! Just want my money back. There's no contact number for this place
I would rate this no stars if I could. I ordered a desk from them and after 3 months of waiting, over two dozen emails back and forth with them, and requests for a refund I still don't have the desk, and the only reason I have the money is Pay Pal as DShop refused to refund me until they could find the desk they lost. Absolutely terrible and a complete waste of time! Save yourself some grief and don't use them.
I brought 2 XL wardrobes as the property I was purchasing did not have wardrobes in 2 bedrooms. As an Australian purchaser, I expected it to be a wooden wardrobe, however; it was in fact entirely made of PLASTIC! The hanging spaces were only wide enough to use a child-sized hanger (something they failed to mention in the product description. This meant that as an adult wardrobe it was useless. When I contacted them to return them, they argued that as it said buried deep in the description it was PP, which unbeknown to me apparently means polypropylene (plastic) that it had not been misrepresented and so the $500+ I paid for them was not refundable! This product may have been suitable in a country where people live in very small apartments like in China or sleep in drawers like in Japan, but in Australia we expect our products (even flat packs) to be made of some kind of timer even if it was a composite timber NOT PLASTIC. Poor customer service, don't expect a refund if your not happy, so I highly recommend that you look somewhere else.
Please do not shop with these people they are shady in the way they do business, I have been 4 weeks requesting a refund after receiving my damaged bookcase from them and they said NO, we will replace the damaged items, Ok fine so they sent me replacements that are not even the same colour, so I requested a refund and again was told NO we DO NOT REFUND, we will send you a whole new item... well 2 weeks later I am still waiting on my new item to even be shipped, I contacted them again today asking why hasn; t it been shipped and I was met with a reply of, the warehouse will HOPEFULLY be able to send me the colour I want... NOT GOOD ENOUGH IDIOTS, just REFUND me and be done with it, what part of the word REFUND do you NOT understand people?
I ordered a rug on Dshop as a housewarming present for my daughter. The ad boasted a delivery in 5 days. After 3 weeks I began trying to track down where it actually was. The only info available was "in transit from Brisbane to Perth" - a pretty useless bit of information. After 6 weeks of non-delivery and promises of urgently serching for the rug (!) I threatened police action for fraud. Within 15 minutes the rug was delivered. I will not be shopping Dshop any more. Ever.
Avoid buying anything here unless you enjoy grief in your life. They will readily take your money but don't expect to receive the goods any time soon... or not at all. They like to play the blame game. They will blame the couriers who say they have delivered the items, so it will be virtuallly impossible for you to get your money back. Stay as far away from this place as you can. I give it a one rating only because there are no zero ratings available.
Answer: Impossible! They don't have a phone number, they don't reply to emails and their live chat is full of promises that go nowhere.
