I ordered high profile luxury pillows, but when they arrived looked nothing like photos and were no where near high profile and stuffed with minimal cheap rubbish. They told me to put them in the dryer, which I refused as no pillow needs to be put the dryer to achieve their profile.
They either come with a high profile or not! I have ask repeatedly to return them for a refund, but was told I would get a credit for their business and they would be returned as a change of mind. I do not want credit as I won't be purchasing from this store again and the product was not as advertised, not a change of mind. They are now giving me the complete run around saying it has to be logged as an issue with their quality control and haven't heard anything for days. Won't ever use this shop again!
Further to above, Dshop are now trying to tell me in their fine print that the pillow 'Boasts a high profile of 7 to 9 cm", and want me to take a photo measuring it, FFS! An ACTUAL high profile pillow is 7 to 9 INCHES (17.78 to 22.86cm), so their garbage isn't even close and false advertising! I'm now being put through all this nonsense rather than them accept their product is not what was advertised or expected and provide return details and a refund. Ive now lodged a formal complaint with Fair Trading. STAY AWAY from this business and check the many poor reviews they have, not just the BS ones they put on for 5 stars themselves. They only sell cheap garbage that looks nothing like their photos!

Bought a dshop lean scooter for my grandson. It was so badly made he wouldn't even step on it. Asked for a refund with no response. Do not buy. Very dangerous
Purchased a bookshelf that never arrived. No action from customer service team. When you do finally get through to someone, it's half assed responses that they'll "escalate" it and then you never hear back.

I bought A Christmas tree: it failed to match up to the quality picture used on the website instead matched the one I was throwing away. I asked for return and refund, several emails and chat box before eventually been offered a refund or store credit. Had to threaten ombudsman and credit facility in order to get correspondence. I was fobbed off continually, company offers great online experience but it is the worst. Go elsewhere to purchase. Should not be allowed to trade.
I wasn't expecting much as you know if it walks like a duck and all that, however even the lowest expectations in the world didn't prepare me for the crap that arrived. A two tier coffee table that splits instantly when you try and screw the legs into it as it is just made out of the cheapest nastiest mdf possible. I thought I would contact them for a laugh about a return and they request every photo under the sun and then tell me it's referred on to the relevant department like they are some sort of legitimate multinational... Save yourself the bother. It's cheap cos it's cheap!
I got a shelf unit delivered fully damaged. After emailing back and forth for 2 months I gave up and had to call council pick up as it was in an extremely bad condition. I wasted money, energy, had to organize my own pick up to the junk yard as even after posting to give away for free no one wanted it as it's that bad. Save your money and nerves. I never received a voucher, replacement or simply a refund. Worst company. Not sure if they're in China or India as I'd never expected to be left with damaged goods in a firstt world country. Bought spin bike that was too small, only big enough for someone not even 5 feet tall. When I asked about larger model and explained my height, they couldn't guarantee that XL bike would be large enough either, even though I'm not particularly tall. Wouldn't issue refund, said they could only issue a credit if bike was in resaleable condition when I returned it (at my own cost), but they couldn't guarantee that because box was torn as I opened it and I'd put it together, but hadnt even got on it. Very dissatisfied!
The most useless piece of machinery I've ever used. Absolute terrible service and untruthful service. Eventually got most of my money back, but what a hassle. I do not recommend this supplier what so ever.

Do not purchase anything - no matter how cheap - from this company! After reading other reviews, it is evident that they are passing off faulty rejects from manufacturers & then refusing a refund or replacement. I am writing about my experience so that others don't fall victims like me. Wish I had read all the other horrendous reviews which other Dshop customers in this website have experienced earlier! With delivery of a V-ZORR Wireless Door Chime Bell with Remote Control ($9.90+$7.77 shipping) I found this simple device just wouldn't work. It boasted it had a range of 100 meters but the bell could not respond even when the receiver was held at close range! This is false advertisement, passing off faulty items and then refusing refund and resolution. Their support chat people insisted that I send a video clip of the faulty product. I explained that I was not tech savvy & tried to send the clip by email as suggested but was unable as the file was too large. I sent photos instead which they outright rejected.
I very clearly described the problem ~ pressing the transmitter call bell, the signal is not received by the blue & white receiver. Their Quality Control people don't understand this?! If they are so hopeless, then I doubt even if I sent a video they will say they can't see the problem!
It was evident they were not taking ownership of their worthless product. There are many reputable online outlets which will replace faulty items - no questions asked. I once was sent a pair of $76 shoes which were too big. I just sent photos & they said they will send a replacement immediately & I could keep the big shoes! Unlike Dshop, for them reputation was more important.
Sad that Dshop is so cheapskate that a small cost like $17 is more important than their reputation! It is understandable that sometimes products are faulty but it is more important that sellers take ownership & accept responsibility. If they don't follow this simple principle, then their business is doomed to failure with bad publicity. But then again, Dshop appears not to care about their self induced bad reputation!
Don't be fooled by the photos furniture is very poor quality my desk arrived damaged and was of very poor quality trying to return goods was made very difficult after it all I lost $150 of a $360 purchase don't buy anything from Dshop
They sent a damaged mat that was $120 and was completely ruined while shipping, then told me they would give me a $10 coupon code to make up for it, be very careful using this site.
False advertisement, provide faulty items and refuse refund and resolution. Customer service is slow in responding, one simple thing will take them ages and they keep asking the same question which I already answered.
Anyway, disputing charges with my bank I hope I can get my money back. This company is dishonest.

I bought a tv cabinet and it is the most flimsy material that it can't even hold a tv on it. The cabinet bows and cracks. I contacted dshop and they said that they don't think it's a problem and basically too bad. Not to mention it came with scratches all over the material. This place is just horrible!
