After placing my order, I went to check something else and noticed a reviews site fro DrGrab and was very concerned to see all the negative reviews. I thought that either I wouldn't receive my order or the goods would have been of poor quality. Well I received my order today and I couldn't be happier. They advised delivery would be 5/4/2016 and was received 1/4/2016. One of the items was wooden, no damage as wrapped so well in bubble wrapping. The other item being a cushion cover was of great quality and actually I was concerned with this this one to what I would receive as a lot of things look good in a photo but when received they look no where as good as the photo. I'm so happy with the cushion cover that I will be ordering more, I only ordered one first as I wanted to see the quality first. So glad I saw the reviews after I ordered... Happy customer :)
Dr Grab are selling the stolen designs of a friend of mine. It's hard enough for artists to make a living, a living that's been forged through decades of hard fought experience, for sites like this to then sell the designs as their own. I won't be going near them. Not should you

I am disgusted with the service I have received from there staff. I have been trying for nearly two weeks to be able to return my item that is a very inferior product. I want my money back and I have been emailing their support people with know reply. Will never shop with them again and for future customers I would think twice before buying anything from this site.
I bought from this site because they said it was based in Petone, NZ. When challenged they said based in Australia. When item finally arrived, from China, it is a cheap nasty faux fur rug, nothing like the shag rug in the photo's. I would not have this piece of crap if THEY paid ME.So far they are making excuses, asking for photos, more info etc.No explanation as to why they claimed to be based in NZ. Took 30 days for the wrong price f garbage to arrive. Buy from them at your own risk, but expect to be cheated. Just another Asian site out to rip you off.
UPDATE" And so it begins, I have had the first email trying to claim it is what I ordered.BOLLOCKS.The rug I got is NOTHING like the rug advertised.It is garbage, hideous.
2nd UPDATE: These thieves have just offered me a $5 "voucher" as compensation.So they are trying to cheat me out of half the cost & expect me to buy more from them to boot. Thieves
3rd update: Drgrab are now claiming that different sizes may look different. Also claiming it says this on the site, this is bull: nowhere does it say it may "look" different. I got a cheap nasty item nothing like what was advertised. Drgrab is a scam site
I read some of these reviews after I had ordered & was quite frankly horrified I may had done my money. Just goes to show there must be thousands who have had a good experience & don't ever say. I'm just glad I did read them before I purchased otherwise I would have missed out on some exceptional purchases.
So glad i read reviews before finalising my order saved myself $140... phew was so close to finalising order!
Avoid this site like the plague that it is, Its not worth your time and aggravation trying to get your order processed or received.
I ordered from Dr Grab and tracked the shipping, realized the goods were delivered to other locations. I asked for re-delivery, the customer service responded and asked me to wait a few more days for re-delivery. The cycle went on and on for few times and after 1.5months I still don't receive the so-called re-delivery. I asked for a refund, they ignored my request and never responded!
THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER! Never buy from an online shop without a contact number!
Pissed customer
Ordered and paid for an item on 21 July 2015. Contacted them on 8 September 2015 advising I had not received the item. After 9 weeks I received an email on 9 September 2015 advising the parcel had been returned due to incomplete address, yet the address given was a complete address. That email also asked for confirmation to resend the article. I confirmed it to be resent on 9 September 2015 with confirmation of the same address sent to them initially. They advised on 10 September 2015 the reshipment was under the process of dispatching and would take 7 - 12 days. Today on 29 September 2015 I am still waiting for the article and have asked for a refund and advised their business is $#*! and will not recommend them to anyone.
I love your site and have recommended it to others in my family. I am waiting on some more deliveries but I didn't pay for postage. I was more concerned about the last delivery as we were going away for a few days. Arrived as we were about to leave. Thanks for your support.

I've tried this site, shipping is a little slow, but still arrive in time. Products are great, especially for Home Decor, i love it
Their customer service is terrible! I have asked four times to get a return authorization number for a product that I'd like to return, and it seems they "misunderstand" me every single time. So we keep going around in circles. I will never buy anything from them again. UPDATE: they finally contacted me and told me that they would refund my money less a 20% fee and I had to pay for shipping back to China. Essentially, it would have cost me more to send it back than what I paid for it.
Received order - packaging was horrible, the instructions didn't make sense - broken English and reference to something that's called ChangLiang to hold for 3 seconds? Then it doesn't work and support email said they would respond by 3 days and have been over with NO response... I should've read these before ordering...
I bought a handbag from them. It arrived with a zip clearly broken, but they had tried to hide this by drawing it half across. Despite photos showing a pale blue in the advert, it arrived a dark blue. I could live with the colour but not the broken zip which made it useless. When I complained they eventually offered me 70% refund. BUT they say they cant refund unless I withdraw the complaint I laid against them with Paypal. Paypal say not to close the dispute until I get full refund! So if I withdraw the dispute, and they dont pay, then I have no recourse. Clever isnt it? So basically they are in a win-win situation. Just dont buy from them, the goods are rubbish and you arent ever going to get your money back.
Ordered more products and received parcel yesterday just like my experience in the past! It took about three weeks so you just have to be patient. I love this site!
If you get your product it won't be the right one, will be broken and will be inferior. AVOID
I paid £10.99 for a product advertised as a chiffon blouse, supposedly reduced from a much higher figure. The product was appalling, quite the worse thing I have ever received from shopping on-line. E-mails to the address they give are returned with the following message:

This is a 'bad' company with a 'bad destination'.
It needs to be closed down
This website puts pictures up of products that were made by companies that care for quality. You think you are buying that product. However, by the time the product reaches you it is unrecognizable. It is nothing like the picture! To resolve the problem with the so called *******@DRGRAB.COM.AU is simply impossible. I feel cheated, misled and lied to.
I ordered from drgrab, i recieved the wrong item, emailed 3-4 times w/ shipping order and all pertinent info. I have not heard 1 thing from you. I will never do business with them again and i will post my experience as often as i can.
