I can only write as I find. This item was ordered on 2 March for estimated delivery 13 April. It was delivered today 18 March. Perfect - no problems.
It has been 6 weeks now and we still waiting for our stuff to be delivered!
We paid for quick delivery! Now NOBODY can tell me where my parcel is or whether is was actually send!
Paid all that money for NOTHING!
Bought the smart swab on a Facebook ad. Thght it looked great for my kids to use. Only got the tips! No way I'm ordering the stick to go with it. What a joke! Don't use DrGrab
Do not order from these con merchants. They send you just the refills leaving you having to make another purchase for the handle before you can use them. I refuse to give them any more money - my refills are in the bin. Total ripp-off
Do not DO NOT purchase from this company! They are unethical. I ordered 5 random headbands for a baby and what I got was 3 of the exact make and color, and 2 of the exact make and color. What am I supposed to do with headbands exactly the same? Put 3 headbands on my babies head at the same time? These people are nuts and unreasonable. All I asked for now was for 3 different headbands in exchange for the ones that are the same. They told me " I ordered headbands that were "random" so too bad.
I have had my artwork stolen from my website and used in cheap cushions for sale on this site. As the images were lores, the print quality was dreadful and the fabric cheap and nasty (I bought one to see). A number of images were used by Dr Grab. Please think before buying - I would question where their artwork has come from.

Paid for express delivery 3-5 days. It's day 23 and still no delivery! Not impressed. My order is Christmas presents and lights that is why I paid for express delivery.
Ordered a money box and it was delevired just over the 3 weeks they stated and the item was great seen loads of bad reveiws so prehaps they have changed policeys but i found them spot on
They are a bunch of frausters! Please do not purchase, they told me my items were delivered on their site but i did not receive them at all, when i emailed them, they told me it was not ship yet as items are out of stock (so they deliberately gave a customers wrong shipping details) they said they will reship my parcel but all i gotten was all my emails were blocked off by their staff! FRAUDSTERS! THEY CHEATED ME OFF MORE THAN USD$60!
Don't touch these guys. I've ordered a couple of products never received them. Having paid extra for a faster delivery but got the same delivery days as I would have got if I hadn't paid.
I saw a video pop up on a fb ad and clicked on it. It was for a 360 degree motion detecting light (Light Angel as seen on T. V.). I placed an order for these nice, robust lights BUT received products that aren't remotely close. Every aspect from size, shape, the motion sensor, the led lights, function, batteries, how it sticks to the wall, the structure of the frame, every thing was different than in the video. Charged more than they should for a very sub-par item. NOT COOL to show something and ship something completely different. I think they ripped off the video and used it for themselves and are sending product that they bought for $1.49 from wholesale China and charging me $30.00 plus shipping!
Cheap tacky smashed up item. One item never received, no refund, nothing. They basically stole my money. Absolutely disgusting service. They are theifs

After receiving an item of clothing arrived completely different shade to that advertised then told I had to send them a photo before theyd consider a refund so sent photo and told may be just 'a shade variation' and will only refund if return parcel actually arrrives at its Chinese destination and it sounds like theres a high chance this wont happen so probably $45. Down the tubes! Though I will send via secure post but probably throwing away even more good money- be warned about this site dont expect a refund if anything goes wrong!
I am really shocked to receive my ordered smart watch. It does not match the product advertised. You can not even see the dial of the watch. And customer service - not getting any where - I want to return the product and get refund. May be wishful thinking
I bought a security camera from these guys and the power supply failed after a day or two (power light no longer coming on) I emailed support with a picture of the adaptor (required). They replied asking that I send a video of the problem! Then they said to try another adaptor (why would I have an identical one). Todays final straw was them asking me to take the adaptor into an electronics store to have it checked!
The business model for warranty issues is clearly to avoid replacing failed goods at any cost by asking ridiculous questions until the customer gives up.
I Find it suspicious that most reviews are negative for this site, and then the review section is sprinkled with a few "glowing " reviews. I will not be spending any money with this company because I believe the OVERWHELMING negative responses about the service and quality of the products. I feel that the other more positive reviews were probably written by people associated with the company. There is no possible way that two totally different views of this site could be genuine.
