I came across DressWe website end of 2015, I was a bit skeptic about the price! Thinking that the quality of fabric would be questioned... All throughout 2016 I would surf the website and finally on Cyber Monday in November 2016... I placed an order! The dress is gorgeous, I was amazed... Also, I'm very fond of the communication with their Customer Service TeamAnd Miss Loren delivers Exceptional and Professional customer... service
We now just the beginning of 2017 I have already placed 2 orders

The size was accurate, the chiffon quality is amazing. I chose the hunter color, and I was afraid since I picked a color different than the one displayed solely depending on the color chart guide. I must say that you can totally rely on the color chart, and the color truly turned out to be what I wanted and wished. That being said I will just point out two things, first, the lace part can be improved on (However it is exactly like the picture, so I am not saying I got something different than what I expected, just a suggestion), second, the belt should have been the same hunter color but lighter in shade, instead it was a different type of green color (again no issue, the colors do contrast nicely, but what one would expect from the displayed picture is that the belt would be same color but lighter). Last thing I would like to add is that I fell in love with it instantly when I saw it and that rarely happens to me, especially when I make a purchase online (This is only my second purchase on Dresswe, and my first purchase was an absolute success too. A totally better clothing website than all others I came across before). Also my mother who is very difficult to impress and usually protests against online shopping (my previous experiences with other websites completely strengthened her opinions in the matter) loved it and even advised me to wear it for an upcoming event, my father's first reaction when I tried it and walked in the room was "wow!", also my brother who always finds something to criticize in everything I wear actually said nothing this time lol

Oh, my goodness! All I can say is that the dress exceeded my expectations! The craftsmanship was every bit as good as what you find in any boutique. I was very nervous about ordering from China as previous experiences with sizing were not good with other vendors. I should have followed the size charts exactly because they were spot on. I ordered this dress 2 sizes up because I didn't have time to exchange if it was too small. So, my dress was too large, but that was all my fault. We made it work because of the lacing of the back and a little extra padding was added to my bra to fill out the top. Wish I had ordered by the size chart because it would have fit like a glove! I have had so many compliments on the dress and nobody, I mean NOBODY could believe what I paid for it. I will always order from Dresswe for all my future formal needs, no doubt. Communication after placing the order was not the greatest, but everything arrived on time, actually a day or so ahead of schedule. My emails didn't get answered but a live chat got my answer so there is a way to get in touch. I cannot express how very happy and satisfied I am. My wedding day was perfect!

I ordered a dress from dresswe for my graduation party. The time of processing was as mentioned on the website and the shipping wad really fast, much faster than expected which is great. But there's one thing. The dress was about 1-1.5 sizes smaller than what I have ordered. It fit since there was no zipper in thr dress I ordered but beware when ordering. Just prder a size or 2 greater than your measurements. Overall great experience.

Back on April 22, I purchased two pairs of shoes for my wife as a gift. I purchased these shoes in my wife's typical size 8.5. The shoes finally arrived May 13. This past weekend I finally gave them to her on the celebration. The shoes ended up being too big. I promptly emailed asking what the exchange policy was. I was told that I could return the shoes (at my shipping cost) OR take a "nice discount" on a future order if I agree to keep the current ones. Not sure what good keeping nearly $200 of non-fitting merchandise does for me or my wife. I replied saying that I would like to exchange the items for a smaller size and I would like to know where I need to ship these back to (so I could approximate shipping costs). The reply I got back was that I could return both pairs for an exchange (shipping costs were on me, which I was aware of because of the first email) and that they would like to offer me a nice discount on future items if I agree to keep the current items. I began to grow really frustrated that my email seemed to ignored and they continue to ask me to keep poorly fitting items. I pointed this out (very nicely might I add). I said I want to know where I'm shipping this to and I'm not taking a discount. I want an exchange. The latest email I got said "We would like to give you 40$ discount on the new order if you still want the same shoes as before, is that OK?
Or You can return them for exchange, but you have to pay for shipping fee around under return policy, which option do you prefer?" I feel like at this point I've made my preference very clear. However, after reading some of the horror stories others have experienced trying to get a refund or exchange, I feel like this is a losing battle for all customers. Best advice I could say... DONT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!

I can't wait to see what poor response I get on this comment from them. I'm willing to bet they ask for my order details so they can check it out and I should watch my mailbox.

Update: I promptly received a response from a different customer service team member willing to help me remedy my issue. Currently my exchange is in process and was told I would receive it ASAP now that my original purchase was received at the warehouse.

I recently made a purchase at the web store "dresswe" and had an amazing experience. Absolutely recommended. The item arrived on time I got a value for money.
